Thanks all for amazing pictures and comments. It helped me to find it very easy. Great service and location compared to the airport. I called in advance to confirm the best time to drop the car. It is all paperless and they send an email with the checkout pdf. I add more pictures in case it can help anyone. I took a video as suggested in comments too, good advice. The car park is at ground level and you have to park in disabled parking spot as mentioned in comments. Just take the parking ticket and the office is on the building behind.

Booked to pick up in Dubrovnik, going though Montenegro and Bosnia back to split. Pick up at time as expected. Helpful service people with tips and hints on our trip. Easy access from Old town for pick up ! Thanks for being part of my vacation experience. It helped alot !! P.s return was smooth at split as well !!

I had a disappointing experience with this rental company. After returning the car in perfect condition, I received an email claiming there was a scratch on the door, along with a photo as "evidence." Thankfully, I had recorded a full video of the car when I left it at the drop-off location — and the scratch clearly wasn’t there. Once I sent them the video, they closed the case and replied: “Rental is closed and there is no any charge, everything is good.” While I’m relieved that they eventually dropped the claim, this situation felt like an attempt to charge me for damage I didn’t cause. Advice to all renters: Always take detailed photos and videos of the car before and after your rental. It may save you from unfair claims.

Easy to find when you walk out of the terminal building. Very friendly staff, minimal paperwork, and on my way in no time. I had a brand new car which was great. However, I did some minor damage to it but the staff were very understanding and the cost of the damage was very fair, and I can claim that back from my insurance. I would definitely use this company again.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la location aucun frais complémentaire pour le retrait et le retour à un lieu différent. Check out rapide, et agent très sympathique. Il est néanmoins très compliqué de trouver l'agence. L'agence se trouve à côté de l'entrée du parking (au niveau des ascenseurs) et une simple affiche indique l'entrée.
