Good service and friendly staff. Was greeted at the stand where I was directed to the cars located which was located on the 6th floor of the nearby car park. Was welcomed by a representative who provided all relevant info. Only downside was a bit of a downgrade to what was originally suggested on the booking site but a minor gripe.
