The staff members are lovely, we received a clean car that meets our requirements, excellent service, they delayed our flight by a few hours, we asked to stay with the car for a few more hours, I sent an email and received an immediate response that there is no problem, happily and without any additional charge

Eigentlich ganz okay, Personal freundlich und das Auto hat funktioniert. Jedoch muss ich etwas an Abzug geben, weil: Ich hatte eigentlich einen VW T-Roc oder ähnlich gebucht, habe dann effektiv einen Dacia Sandero erhalten, für mich definitif nicht ein gleichwertiger Fahrzeugtyp. Ich habe schon öfter Mietwagen über dieselbe Agentur gebucht und immer Autos erhalten, die Mit dem versprochenen Fahrzeugtyp korrespondiert haben, hier wurde ich das erste mal enttäuscht. Bei der Übernahme des Wagens stellte ich zudem fest, dass der heckscheibenwischer komplet abgebrochen ist. Der Mitarbeiter nahm dies zu kenntniss und protokollierte das auch ordnungsgemäss. ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, dass an dieser Stelle der scheibenwischer ersetzt worden wäre oder ich ein anderes Auto bekommen hätte, was in einwandfreiem zustand ist. Das wäre Service gewesen, schliesslich sollte der Zustand des Mietwagens einwandfrei sein und das sollte auch im interesse der Mietwagenfirma sein. Das passierte jedoch nicht, ich musste dann eine Woche mit abgebrochenen hechscheibenwischer fahren (zum Glück regnete es fast nie). Aus meiner Sicht nicht optimal gelaufen. Es gäbe aus meiner Sicht noch Luft nach oben.

Second time visiting Ljubljana for a ski trip (6 years apart), on both I occasions have used Avant Car Rental. Excellent customer service. Straight forward vehicle collection and return. Car was immaculate, low mileage. No issues at all. Deposit returned in full within a couple of days of completing my rental. Would absolutely use again and recommend. Thankyou Avant!

We were delayed by a considerable amount of time, Ziga the gentleman we were dealing with on the phone was incredibly accommodating staying after hours late into the morning to give us our car. Great staff and service. You were given the option on arrival to waiver full responsibility in case of an accident for a reasonable fee. However, we had taken full insurance, but, a good option if we hadn’t. Easy drop off. The team walked around the BMW when we arrived, marking out all the dents and scratches already. We also videod it too. Drop off was easy, we had an early flight, so parked up and dropped off in the key box. Really simple. Highly recommend this company. Mrs Franklin

Very good customer service! We found ourself in trouble as the car we originally had rented from another company could not be driven in Italy. On very short notice we got a brand new car with a full tank, and were able to park the «old» car there while we were in Italy. Very helpful!
