Contraté el alquiler del coche durante 5 días. Lo devolví el 25/07. Un par de días más tarde me mandaron toda la documentación de que estaba todo bien. Me devolvieron la fianza el viernes 1/08 sin problema Tuve un problema con el coche y nos lo cambiaron por otro inmediatamente. .

7월6일 업체 통해 차렌트를 했는데요. 자그레브공항에서 차를 받았을때 추가디팟지로 사진에 녹색상품을 선택했는데 아직까지 디팟지 환불처리가 안돼어있습니다. 릭소스호텔센터에서 차량반납시 재확인했을때도 환불이 된다고 더블체크를 했습니다 확인요청드립니다 사진에 녹색상품에 대한 보증금은 아직 환불이안된거 확인됐습니다 다시 체크해주세요 해당전표를 체크해주세요 솔직히 자그레브공항에 센터에 차량을 받았을때도 담당자가 공석이라 오랜시간 기다려야했고 차량렌트예약할때 이미 보험에 가입했음에도 불구하고 차량인수시 녹색 보험상품가입에 있어서 강압적이고 매우 매우 조심해야한다며 불안감을 조성해서 해외렌트는 처음이라 가입하게 되었는데요 사실 많이 불편하고 불쾌했습니다 직원교육이 필요한거 같습니다 일단 추가 디팟지로 결제한내용 환불건 재확인요청드립니다 아직까지 녹색상품의 보증금이 취소가 되지않았습니다 다시 체크해주세요

Top ervaring gehad. Wilde vantevoren alles netjes geregeld hebben door de horror verhalen op internet. Dus alles goed vantevoren geregeld. Alles afgekocht. Super vriendelijk en duidelijk contact. Toen bleek dat ik zelf niet alles goed geregeld had hebben zij het netjes voor me opgelost en zelfs een upgrade gehad. Hebben mede daardoor top vakantie gehad. Auto zelf was bijna nieuw. Brandschoon en reed top. Ook bij het inleveren verliep alles weer super goed, snel en vriendelijk. Ik zou zeker weer hier een auto huren.

I rented a car for a day trip into the countryside surrounding Dubrovnik. I did make a reservation for the one day rental; however, I mistakenly arrived to pick up the car on the wrong day! No worries…the manager onsite was able to help me out and get a car for me! I was very pleased with the service I received. Personnel are pleasant and professional. For peace of mind, I recommend purchasing the more robust insurance policy (it also significantly reduces the security deposit on your credit card!). The Suzuki car I received was clean and in excellent condition. This Avant Car office is located on the floor below the lobby floor of the Rixos Hotel. Overall, a pleasant rental experience.

Excellent service ! Tout s’est très bien passé : nous avons eu une Clio noire récente, propre et en parfait état. L’agence a également fait preuve de souplesse en nous permettant une certaine flexibilité sur les horaires de récupération du véhicule (départ et retour à 11h), ce qui a été très appréciable. Je recommande vivement.

Living in Dubrovnik for awhile and have rented many cars from here, couldn't recommend more. 100% best rental in Dubrovnik, nicest staff ever, super easy process, best prices by far of all rental providers in area + many of times I’ve rented has given me a free car class upgrade as well <3

Very good service with no issues. Only slightly annoying feature is a Euro10 charge if you don’t want to clean the car before returning it. Never had that extra fee before.

I understand every business tries to make money but when we went to pick up the car, the company told us so many scenarios to scare and force us into buying their extra cover which was the same price as the car hire. They even said “even if there is a small or tiny scratch on your, you must stop your holiday and report it to the police station. Your next job is to find a police station as they won’t come to you like they do in the UK and they also will charge you to make a report”. I don’t know if this is all true but no one is going to A notice a tiny scratch and if they do, I don’t see why you’d report it to the police and also it won’t be anyone’s priority to report this to the police. Also if you use booking.com then you can buy the extra cover cheaper than what they offered me. I paid €52 per day and extra cover was €30 but they charged me €40. It’s a scam, as your insurance covers you for fully comp insurance so they scam you into buying extra cover that you don’t need and take €1,000 deposit from your card. I’ll be reporting them further as I believe they are misadvertising and conning customers into buying extra service and extortionate rates

I was excited to book with this agency, but my experience was very disappointing. I rented an Audi Q3, but they gave me a Renault instead. They said they compare it by car size ,without any explanation ethier i take it or leave them my money, and for the same price. On top of that, they charged me extra for car wash and cleaning, which was never mentioned upfront. The customer service is poor; the person in charge is rarely in the office and very difficult to reach. They seem to charge extra for everything they can. I do not recommend renting from this agency.
