Booked Opel Astra or similar, got Opel Crossland which on the first looks better option, but it is not. It is some kind of opel corsa crossover and definitly not in Opel Astra range, the seats are terrible and after 1 hour of driving the back pain started, and I had 10 hours of driving, the car is not suitable for highways bc every uphill the car temeprature starts to rise and then u have to lover the speed to about 80km/h. The car is 2 yrs old with more than 80000km, don't think it should be in rental anyway. On our way back we got stuck in big traffic so we had to take one more day in rental which costed more that the first day. On th company site it says they work till 22h, and on the phone the said he works till 19h. Overall bad experience, never again booking the car there

The car was ready for us straight away, with no queuing - unlike the car hire companies inside the terminal building. The car was spotless and all areas of existing damage had been thoroughly documented and the handover process was friendly, fast and efficient with no hard-sell for additional insurance. Likewise, when we returned the car the process was very efficient.
