A fuir, ce sont des voleurs. A votre arrivée vous aurez droit à une petite histoire sympathique dont la finalité sera 300 euros en moins pour les vacances. Assurance prise ou pas l'issue sera la même. L'histoire parlera d'un défaut de carte de crédit qui ne fait pas de débit enfin du mensonge. J'ai essayé plusieurs de mes cartes ils vous diront qu'elles ne sont pas bonnes. La seule solution sera de payer ce supplément ou bien argent perdu.

Mai haviem tingut tan mala experiència com amb aquesta empresa. Si estàs plantejant-te llogar cotxe amb ells et recomano que NO HO FACIS. - Ens van donar la furgoneta més d'una hora tard. Ens van tenir allà esperant fins que suposadament els anteriors llogueters havien deixat la furgoneta. No ens van ni demanar perdó, i quan ens vam queixar que arribavem tard ens van parlar de males maneres dient "que no ens possessim bordes". Va ser una treballadora que es deia Karla. - Després ens van donar la furgoneta sense explicar res, més que "és dièsel". - Als 2 dies va deixar de funcionar la furgoneta al mig d'un carrer. Marcava "Ad Blue low", un complement al carburant que es reposa cada 1000Km i que no sabiem ni que la furgoneta tenia dipòsit. - NINGÚ va respondre al telèfon, vam trucar moltes vegades, i eren les 19h, no mitjanit. Vam haver d'agafar un taxi, recorre'ns les benzineres en busca del producte, i reposar-lo. Estem esperant que ens paguin aquests diners encara. I estem parlant que el lloguer de la furgoneta costava uns 250€ al dia. Una vergonya de companyia, de treballadors, de furgoneta.... No recomano gens.

ESTAFADORES CUIDADO !!!!!!! Yo siempre alquilo los coches sin seguro o con el seguro básico , y con el bloqueo en la tarjeta para no tener que pagar nada más por mi reserva , como toda la vida he hecho con Ok Mobility por todos los países que he ido ! PERO aquí no , ahí viene la trampa , te rechazan la tarjeta de crédito y no aceptan la fianza , la chica dice que tu no tiene el valor o que su tarjeta está bloqueada por el banco para hacer compra en este País "Croacia" , y entonces empieza a te vender otros valores de seguro y tasas diciendo que sería tu segunda opción para que tu no pierda tu reserva y no arruine tus vacaciones, antes de aceptar esta opción porque no tenía otra , llamé a mi banco en España, y la señora del banco por llamada en España me dijo que mi tarjeta estaba perfecta y no salía ningún fallo nin nada , fue ahí que tuve la certeza de que era un golpe una estafa , y al volver y tentar por la 4x la chica ya me decía, cuidado para no te bloquear la tarjeta por tantos intentos, pero lo raro que antes mismo de poner la tarjeta para intentar, ya salía un señal de ( ! ) en amarillo , y como ya imaginaba , denegada otra vez , no tuve opción en tener que aceptar los valores absurdos para no tener que quedar sin coche ! ***** SI AUN NO HA VENIDO A ZADAR CROACIA , NO ALQUILE EN OK MOBILITY *******

Avoid! Scammers! Made me pay 341€ for full ensurance (which I already got online) because I didnt have a creditcard. Last time I didnt have one either but they still put the reservationscost on it on like 2000€ which i got back 1 month(!!!) later. I should have driven the car into a tree at the airport. Other than that, car was good i30 with good AC.

reine Abzocke!! Vor Ort wollte man nochmal Kaution haben. Es wurde das Geld über die Kreditkarte geblockt aber angeblich hat das Kartenlesegerät abgebrochen. Nach Anruf bei der Bank ist die Blockung bereits vorgemerkt gewesen. Auch die zweite Buchung blockte das Kartenlesegerät ab. 3 Stunden vor Ort diskutiert und kein Mietwagen obwohl die Karte nachweislich ging. Wir haben im Shop nebenan über die Karte was gekauft aber es hat die nicht interessiert. Wir konnten gucken wie wir zu unserer Unterkunft ohne Mietwagen kamen. Geld ist weg.

Achtung ABZOCKER, Betrüger!!!! Nachweislich hat meine Kreditkarte funktioniert, nur nicht bei denen am Schalter. Ich bekam keinen Mietwagen, Versicherung wollte mir man noch zusätzlich aufs Auge drücken. Letztlich bekam ich keinen Mietwagen und mein Geld ist weg.

Pierwszy raz trafiłam na takich oszustów i nie miłych ludzi w obsłudze . Po zarezerwowaniu auta przez aplikację (kosztowało 100 euro) podeszliśmy do biura i jak się okazało że jest potrzebna karta kredytowa (nie debetowa ) dla zawarcia umowy . Gdzie normalny człowiek by nie pomyślał że jest różnica a jest . Pan na miejscu zaproponował za 350 euro wynajem samochodu ale z rezerwacją nic nie może zrobić .. i do tego kaucja miała być ponad 1000 euro . Zrezygnowaliśmy z takiej propozycji . Zadzwoniłam na infolinię w celu anulacji rezerwacji ,dostałam informację o tym że mam napisać maila .Napisałam maila i dostałam propozycję żebym odpłaciła i miała auto gdzie już jedna doba minęła . Oczywiście po przeczytaniu opinii już wątpię że zwrócą pieniądze . Bo to są OSZUŚCI!!!!!

J’ai malheureusement vécu une arnaque aussi. J avais réservé une Fiat 500 à Zadar. 115€. J'ai pris une assurance en plus (45€) pour le séjour. A l'arrivée on m’annonce que sur ma carte Visa c est écrit DEBIT et non CREDIT donc ils ne peuvent pas retenir la caution de 1435€. Je n’étais pas contente et avais du mal à comprendre. La personne e continuait de m’expliquer sans faire bcp d’effort. Il finit par me dire " c est 108€ de plus et pas de caution. Pas le choix car votre carte ne peut pas laisser de caution". Le séjour commençait mal. Puis on m’a laisse le vehicule sans aucune explication. Heureusement j'ai restitué le véhicule sans problème. Avec eux j avais vraiment peur jusqu'à au bout.

I strongly advise paying attention to the extremely high deposit amount and the lack of alternative solutions if, for example, your bank is unable to process the deposit due to transaction limits. There was no willingness to resolve the issue. As a result, I lost the rental fee and immediately rented a car under much better conditions from a competitor. I do not recommend this company

Where do I start? Avoid this company - especially if collecting the car at Zadar airport. I wish I remembered the name of the girl at the front desk - she was the rudest person to ever work in customer service. Arguing and screaming at us when we told her we don't want to take their extra insurance because our travel insurance covers it. Then she charged us twice for the deposit. Meaning I had to put more money on my credit card and hope that I get it back when I returned the car undamaged. We left the airport so agitated and annoyed that I'm surprised we didn't have an accident. The car was full of minor dents and scratches so obviously any damage fees that people incur are not actually for fixing the car. The AC felt like it was barely working. (Great for the Croatian heat) When I returned the car and informed the guy that one of the brake lights wasn't working he just dismissed me, saying "don't worry about it"

J’ai réservé une voiture via CarJet avec le filtre “Carte de débit acceptée”. À l’aéroport de Zadar, l’agence (OK Mobility) a refusé ma carte de débit pour la caution et m’a forcé(e) à payer 243 € d’assurance pour avoir le véhicule — alors que j’étais prêt(e) à laisser la caution. CarJet m’a répondu au téléphone : > “Payez ou perdez la réservation. Aucun remboursement.” La condition sur les cartes de débit n’est révélée qu’après paiement, dans un voucher non remboursable. 🚫 Trompeur et malhonnête. À éviter.

I booked a car through CarJet using their “debit card accepted” filter. But at Zadar Airport, the rental company (OK Mobility) refused my debit card for the deposit — even though I was ready to pay it — and forced me to buy €243 insurance to get the car. CarJet support told me by phone: > “Pay or lose the booking. We don’t refund.” The condition about debit cards only being accepted with extra insurance is hidden inside the voucher, which you receive only after payment, when the booking is non-refundable. This is misleading and dishonest. I'm filing a complaint with ECC-Net (European Consumer Centre). 🛑 Avoid this platform if you don’t have a credit card or want to avoid hidden fees.

Booked really fast on their website, I obviously bought the super premium insurance so I don't get scammed, as I always do and recommend everyone to buy full insurance for every rental company. The car was in perfect condition, the bumper was a bit damaged but not a problem. We booked a Peugeot 208 but received a Kia Stonic, which is also great. We drove around 3000km in the car with no issues at all. Smooth, pretty well maintained and new car. Would use again as they have frequent discounts and the super premium even tho is more pricey, you just don't care at all about excess or anything else. Obviously you should take care of the care like it's yours. Thank you!

Oplichters, ze vragen een bedrag van nagenoeg 2000 euro als blokkering op je kredietkaart (een maand lang!!). Wij moesten voor een paar dagen een extra verzekering afsluiten van 300 euro.

I booked it through Kayak as it was the best deal, without checking reviews — which turned out to be a good thing. I rented at Zadar Airport and dealt with three agents over time, and I honestly can’t decide which one was the best. I arrived more than an hour early, before they had even opened. One of the agents saw me from the bar across where he was sipping his first coffee, and came over right away to greet me. I got the car an hour early; it was almost new and very clean. There were no issues when returning the car either. A female agent noticed me parking, came over, checked the mileage, did a quick walk-around, and I was good to go in seconds — no trouble, no need to check out at the service desk. I’m not sure why some other customers had bad experiences, but this location at Zadar Airport is one of the best I’ve ever visited — and I’ve visited many.
