Wir hatten ein Auto über cHECK24 gebucht. Leider werden vor Ort keine American Express angenommen. Meine EC Karte habe ich vergessen und die meiner Frau ging nicht, weil dort nicht mein Name drauf stand. Also musste ich ein neues Auto buchen. Er meinte dass die bis 14 Tage ausgebucht sind. Er konnte aber trotzdem noch was machen und am Endehab ich noch ein Auto bekommen, obwohl eigentlich gar keins verfügbar war.

Je ne met pas souvent d'avis mais il y a des limites. Des voleurs, un accueil déplorable, ils rajoutent des frais dans tous les sens, la carte de crédit obligatoire, la caution de 1800 euros, l'emplacement pas dans l aeroport et t'insultent en plus en croate par derrière entre discutant entre eux.

Won't accept Amex, which is annoying as I don't have any other credit cards, but they also refused to pre-authorise the deposit on my debit card due to "charges" which they couldn't explain. They had no problem pre-authorising €300 on my debit card for incidentals though, so it feels more that they are lying to sell their excess insurance for €150. I explained that I have my own excess insurance policy so don't want it, but they wouldn't accommodate anything so I had to pay. On top of this one of the guys at the desk was unnecessarily sarcastic when I gave him my UK drivers license as ID ("did you arrive at the airport with that? No, you did not. You have a passport"). I've used Goldcar before and it was fine, but on the back of this I'll go elsewhere.

Thank you very much for the excellent service. We rented a car for a week, we received a pleasant and courteous treatment, a good car and also an upgrade to the car. The office location is convenient near the airport. Definitely recommend

If I could give them a 0, I would. We turned up 3 hours late due to a delayed flight. The people were there at first, and they said we couldn't have the car... This places claims to close at 8pm, but people were there after that. Eventually, they said we could have the car and made up some terms: we needed to pay a 50-euro upgrade and 45 euros to rebook our booking. Do not book with them, never use them again.

Sie liessen mich und mein 5-jähriges Kind um 22:00 Uhr ohne Auto zurück. Das Schlimmste an der ganzen Situation waren jedoch die beiden Mitarbeiter, die weder hilfsbereit noch verständnisvoll waren. Dazu kamen noch unangemessene und völlig unpassende Antworten !

50,-€ Aufpreis für 10 Minuten spätere Abholung! Totale Abzocke! Finger weg von Goldcar! Für 10 Minuten spätere Abholung mussten wir 50 € Aufpreis zahlen, anderenfalls hätten wir das Auto nicht erhalten. Der Schalter war normalweitere Stunden geöffnet. Es ist eine neue Masche dort. Ich habe schon seit 10 Jahren dort das Auto gemietet. Mindestens 6-8 mal jährlich, weil ich ein Boot in der Nähe habe. Diese Masche ist ganz neu. Ich werde dort niemals wieder mieten!

We rented a Volkswagen Tiago for a week through Discovery Cars, and everything went smoothly. The car was in great condition, easy to find, and everything worked well. Service was friendly and efficient. We went to Sarajevo and Zagreb. The trip went smooth. We had read mixed reviews, but our experience was positive. We weren’t surprised by the offer of additional insurance, as that’s common when booking at a low base rate. Overall, we were satisfied and can recommend the company. For us It was easy to find the company. You have to walk along this pathway .

Kaikki pelasi sovitusti ja palvelu oli hyvää. Auto oli hyväkuntoinen ja siisti. Jos et matkusta yksin on näppärä hakea auto yksin ja seuralainen/-set tavaroineen autolla terminaalista. Tämä siksi, että vuokraamo noin 10 min. kävelyn päässä.

Der Platz von Goldcar liegt rund 300 Fußmeter vom Flughafenausgang entfernt = bei Regen und mit Gepäck kein Vergnügen. Das Auto war OK, aber bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe morgens um 09.00 Uhr war trotz vorherigem Anruf niemand da, ich musste Papiere und Schlüssel in einen Briefkasten werfen. Wie, bitteschön, soll ich nachweisen, dass ich das Fahrzeug betankt und unbeschädigt zurückgegeben habe? Und dass die geblockte Kaution gelöscht wurde, hätte ich auch gerne gesehen bzw. schriftlich gehabt.

Horrible service.🤬 I am booked VW Golf (or the same car) but they gave me Fiat Tipo. Quality of this car more less than VW Golf or Kia Cee'd. Company said that if I pay 500 euro I will get Kia Cee'd.

Diese Rent a Car Office befindet sich gar nicht am Flughafen Gelände, sondern am Nachbar Grundstück, hinter den Parkplatzzaun. Es werden nur Kredit Karten akzeptiert. Enttäuschende Erfahrung. Zum Glück gibt es andere Anbieter die sich direkt an Flughafengelände befinden und Kundenfreundlich sind. Zwar geringfügig teurer, aber mit voller Zufriedenheit. Meine Empfehlung: Vermeiden
