Bons preços, super atenciosos, sem taxas ocultas. Optei por não fazer seguro mas depois de perceber como é o transito neste país arrependi-me logo. Recomendo a quem alugue viatura para andar quem em Belgrado, quer em Noivi sad, que faça seguro pois o transito por vezes é de loucos. Reparei nisso assim que vi o carro, praticamente novo mas com muitos riscos e "marcas" de toques e acabei por não usufruir a 100% do carro pois o medo que existisse algum acidente era grande. Tirando isso, recomendo 100% esta agencia!

Great cars and service. Here is some tips for those who doesn’t have credit cards: - don’t use brokers or if you want better price use them, but don’t buy insurance from them; - come to AutoUnion with debit card and buy full insurance from them directly. You will have to pay deposit much lower than through brokers. Take your car and relax. I took car in February. Great quality, affordable prices. Deposit was returned almost at the same day.

Imam iskustva sa iznajmljivanjem automobila u raznim zemljama i mogu reći da je ovde servis bio iznad svih očekivanja. Momci su bili izuzetno uslužni, sve je išlo brzo i jednostavno. Automobil koji sam dobio bio je u odličnom stanju, a i povrat vozila je prošao bez ikakvih komplikacija. Moja iskrena preporuka za ovu firmu – rentiranje automobila zaista ne mora da bude stresno kada izaberete pravu, transparentnu firmu bez skrivenih troškova. Hvala još jednom!

Took a car in February for a ski trip. The car was almost new, they gave me snow chains for a reasonable fee. Overall everything went well. Return was fast and hassle free. No questions asked, no magically appearing "new scratches" on the body, etc. However, it wasn't ideal: 1) They didn't give me ANY documents confirming that the rental went well and car had no damage upon return. No paper, no signature, dates, photos, any confirmation whatsoever - I can imagine this playing out badly, although fortunately, it did not. 2) Of course they blocked €1400ish on my credit card on the first day of rental. However, it wasn't unblocked until a month later, literally 31 days as the bank says - and should I have needed to use this money on my card, it wouldn't be possible. Such sloppines in handling your client's money is unacceptable. The worst part is that they don't answer emails. Perhaps I should've tried Whatsapp but it's not even on the website so I completely forgot about it (they gave this number when I collected the car). Anyway, this company is not as bad as some other rental companies sometimes are but still not ideal.
