Miejsce można opisać tylko w trzech słowach: ,, Raj na Ziemi". Woda w zatoce jest krystalicznie czysta, co daje świetne warunki do snorkelingu. Brzegi plaży są porośnięte drzewami. Do zatoki prowadzi dość wąska i miejscami stroma droga. Ilość miejsc parkingowych w pobliżu jest ograniczona i zdarza się, że trzeba zostawić auto na górze.

One of those spots that we always return to. The natural shade of pine trees with fish swimming around you and clear sea. In the immediate vicinity is the Veliko Zaraće bay with a slightly different, beautiful ambience with the service of the Gega tavern for those who want to have lunch on the beach.

Plaža Malo Zaraće toliko je nepristupačna da se do nje gotovo može doći jedino helikopterom ili jahtom. Autom se može doći do određenog dijela, ali tada slijedi neugodno iznenađenje – parking je moguće koristiti samo ako potrošite najmanje 100 eura u obližnjem restoranu. Bez toga, kupanje nije dozvoljeno. Ceste koje vode do tamo su iznimno uske i nepregledne – cijelim putem se moliš da ti nitko ne naiđe iz suprotnog smjera. Ako je ovo ono što neki nazivaju ‘najboljom plažom’, onda sam ja – papa. Lijep pozdrav svima i savjet: ne nasjedajte na priče. Ima puno ljepših i pristupačnijih mjesta za uživanje na Hvaru.

The beach itself is beautiful at first glance, but there are a few downsides worth noting. Just a few meters from the shore, there’s a thick line of seaweed that makes swimming less enjoyable. The space to lay down towels is quite limited.

Very rocky and cold water. Its beauty is at the approach. Be careful driving down the narrow road. It was cool to see it but aside from that, I’ll pass next time.
