Such a beautiful property and very well located. Just 3-4 min walk to the city center. The villa owner Mr. Givo was really kind and friendly and showed true hospitality. Really great communication and provided all the information needed. The room was amazing. Very colonial looking with great facilities. The A/C was really amazing and helped is to tackle the heat. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very very good. Fresh and healthy. We had breakfast outside and the service is impressive. I have nothing bad to say. The service quality is really high and the place is impeccable. Don’t think twice to recommend this place to anyone.

2 minute walk to the Old Town; spacious room and a very modern bathroom- owner Cheevo is a delight- he prepares a very good omelette for breakfast with fresh fruit and pastry

This was such a unique place to stay with EXCELLENT location and wonderful caring host. Highly highly recommend Best place we stayed our whole trip in Croatia. Givo was a terrific and interesting host. Rooms comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast so calm and relaxing. Garden lovely

Our stay at Villa Pedrini was wonderful. The villa and surrounding gardens are beautiful, clean, spacious, and very serene -- and the views and proximity to Old Town could not be beat. Gjivo was an amazing host, a joy to talk with, and he prepared an excellent breakfast each morning. We will be recommending Villa Pedrini to anyone we talk to who is thinking of visiting Dubrovnik -- and will definitely be staying there again ourselves if we're lucky enough to make it back for another visit to Croatia.
