🇸🇦We stayed here seven days, it was the best hotel ever in my trip. People here are very nice, very helpful, and more than polite. Me and my family likes the hotel and people specially in the front disk, housekeeping, and Caffe. I am strongly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to the manger. God bless you all🙏🤍🤍.

Belgrad’a tekrar gelecek olursak kesinlikle konaklayacağımız butik otel. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan çıkış yapana kadar her şey çok güzeldi. Personel güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımsever. Odamız (family room) gayet geniş, temiz ve güzeldi. Odamızda kendi dilimizde yazılmış bir hoşgeldiniz mesajı ve ikramlıklar bulmak bizi çok şaşırttı ve mutlu etti. Odanın tek dezavantajı boydan boya halı kaplı olmasıydı, oğlum ve ben alerjik bünyeli olduğumuz için burun tıkanıklığı vb. sorunlar yaşadık. Bir de ebeveyn odasındaki klimanın yönünü ayarlama şansımız olmadığı için geceleri kullanamadık. Oğlumuzun yattığı koltuktan yapılan yatak da çok ince ve sürekli gıcırdıyordu. Bununla birlikte otelin konumu harika, 10 dk.lık yürüyüş sonrası en popüler caddeye ulaşıyorsunuz ve otelin yürüyüş mesafesinde harika cafe/barlar var. Ayrıca kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilik gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Ben çölyak hastası olduğumu rezervasyon yapmadan önce belirtmiştim ve kendileri bana kahvaltıda Glutensiz opsiyonları olduğunu ifade etmişti. Her sabah kahvaltıda Alen Bey beni görür görmez Glutensiz ekmeğimi getirdi ve 2 sabah da farklı sürprizler yaptılar, kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Konaklama boyunca kahvaltıda hiç sıkıntı çekmedim ve memnun kaldım. Çıkış yaparken resepsiyonda bize son derece kibar davranan ve taksi bulmak için canla başla çalışan (kaldığımız dönemde Belgrad’da protestolar olduğu için bazı yollar kapatılıyordu) Kristina Hanım’a da ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bir de çıkarken bize bir paket uğurlama kurabiyesi hediye ettiler. Her şey çok güzel ve keyifliydi, emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Definitely the best choice in Belgrade! The location was absolutely perfect, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was truly delicious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend our time at the hotel, and making those ad hoc changes was effortlessly handled by the staff. Overall, an excellent choice and highly recommended!

Loved our stay here. The staff are the best from the front desk to room service to the cafe - they were all very warm and friendly with genuine interest to look after their guests making sure you’re comfortable and all your queries are answered. We stayed in a family room which was spacious with a lovely layout. The breakfast was great - they switch things up everyday so you have something new to look forward to rather than the same standard breakfast being served everyday. Great location as well - this hotel is worth every penny.

Excellent staff and property. Perfectly located with many sites and restaurants within easy walking. It was our second stay here and we were upgraded to a lovely suite which was a pleasant surprise, though the smaller room we had previously was very comfortable. The welcome and helpfulness of the staff was second to none and they went out of their way to make it a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the room being made up while we breakfasted downstairs. The meals we enjoyed on site were very good and the staff again outstanding. Thank you for helping make our visit to Belgrade a special one!

Townhouse 27 is a lovely modern boutique hotel, built and decorated with great taste, all the staff are wonderful, efficient, polite and ready to help you and offer you the best service. Small details, like small amenities and fruit put in your room everyday makes you feel at home. The breakfast buffet is very rich and they also offer many made-to-order dishes. The price of our suites was very reasonable and the location of the hotel quite central, on the pedestrian street, but not noisy. We had a really wonderful stay and we recommend the hotel very highly!

Merhaba, burada konaklamadım ama iki kez üst üste kahvaltı yapma fırsatım oldu ve deneyimim gerçekten çok güzeldi. Resepsiyon ekibi son derece kibar ve yardımseverdi, bize karşı çok ilgili davrandılar. Güler yüzlü hizmetleri kahvaltıya başlamadan önce kendimizi çok özel hissettirdi. Yiyeceklerin lezzeti ise gerçekten takdire şayandı. Menüdeki seçenekler taze ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Özellikle yöresel tatların kahvaltı sofralarına yansıtılması çok hoşuma gitti. Her şey tertemiz ve hijyenik bir ortamda sunuluyordu; bu da güven duygusunu artırdı. Mekanın temizliği ve düzeni, kahvaltı keyfini daha da artırdı. Ailemle birlikte geldiğim bu mekanda herkes çok memnun kaldı. Hem ortam hem de yemekler beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Mutfak ekibine emekleri ve titizlikleri için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Eğer bir gün konaklama fırsatım olursa, kesinlikle tercih edeceğim yerlerden biri olacak. Kahvaltı için burayı kesinlikle öneririm!

Townhouse 27 is a very clean and welcoming hotel, close to everything you want to see in Belgrade. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They all speak very well English.|The hotel is located on a pedestrian street with nice restaurants and coffee shops. We highly recommend this hotel.

Best boutique hotel in every manner: the room was nice, clean, great size, smelled good, well decorated & equipped. All the staff were friendly and helpful, smiling and giving good advices. We must mention Kristina and Saniel. Breakfast was tasty, nice, interesting food including local & homemade dishes. Location is perfect. |Our experience with the hotel was absolutely perfect 👌

Öncelikle Kristina hanıma çok teşekkür ederim. Bizimle çok yakından ilgilendi, çok cana yakın, yardımcı olabilmek için elinden geleni yaptı, onu çok sevdik. Otel odaları çok geniş biz 2 çocukla konakladık, çok rahat ettik. Sessiz sakin gürültü yok. Gayet temizdi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Merkeze çok yakın. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

A fantastic stay. Everything was so professional from booking, greeting, housekeeping, decor and food. The hotel is in a great location in the old town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating making my stay very smooth. |I highly recommend hotel townhouse 27 for a perfect getaway. I stayed in the suite and it had a great view from the Juliette balcony.
