A bossy male staff member publicly scolded us in front of other many other people during breakfast because we were sharing birthday gifts! This authoritative bossy staff member didn’t like us exchanging gifts of chocolate between ourselves! ||This type of controlling environment by a bossy staff member is inappropriate and the hotel management shouldn’t have bossy employees that are more interested in ruining the guests stay at the hotel!

Would have given higher ratings, but we were utterly appalled after being scolded in front of other guests by a bossy male employee! We were exchanging birthday gifts during breakfast, and one birthday gift was chocolate bites. A bossy male employee didn’t like us exchanging our birthday gifts at the breakfast table and he scolded/humiliated us in front of other multiple people! In addition, Housekeeping didn’t clean our rooms and we were left with dirty towels!

✨ One of the BEST travel experiences I’ve ever had — all thanks to the incredible team at Moxy Belgrade! ✨ I had just 12 hours in Belgrade, but Milutin, Luka, Maria, and Filip made it feel like a full adventure. Their hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They didn’t just give recommendations — they took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped craft the perfect plan. They genuinely went the extra mile — personally reaching out to a museum to check availability and mapping out the best way for me to experience the city efficiently and meaningfully. Because of them, I had an unforgettable day exploring the city, discovering local spots, and dining at an amazing authentic Serbian restaurant I would’ve never found on my own. The hotel itself is super stylish, fun, and in a perfect location — but what truly makes Moxy Belgrade exceptional is the team.

It was the worst stay in Marriott I ever had: 1. First of all, male reception was not friendly at all. 2. There is a closed wardrobe in the room but no key which is not allowed to have. So basically no wardrobe and no where to put cloths 3. no kettle , water on 1st day only. 4 Main thing - they checked me out in the middle of the stay so that in the app instead of 6 nights showed 2, so I couldn’t have my nights automatically, when I asked them to write to global Marriott they said they can’t do anything only after 10 days. 5. No benefits was offered to a gold member of Marriott. If that was my first stay in Marriott I would never use this chain ever again

Kleines aber nettes hotel zum übernachten. Mann sollte sich bloß vorher in klaren sein, das es etwas anders als andere hotels vom Stil her ist. Im großen und ganzen aber sehr schön, guter Standort, nettes Personal, kleines aber gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Zimmer sind auch sauber

I stayed here as a solo female traveller in June. The front staff were very friendly and the welcome cocktail was a refreshing touch given the hot temperatures outside. The rooms are modern and clean, with fold down desk, fridge, plugs by the bed and best of all very functional aircon - I managed to get the room really cold. The hotel is locked a c.30 minute walk from the town centre but the street you walk to get there is relatively busy. It’s also a 15 minute walk from where the A1 bus drops you off, and 15 minutes from cathedral saint sava. So it’s not super central but I think it’s worth staying out of the action! There’s also ample restaurants/ bars really close to the hotel. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this Moxy which is well located but involves a 20 minute walk to old town or use of free lovely public bus. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. |I wish a king bed was available without having to get a suite.|I think the Belgrade Courtyard is a better location but of course more expensive
