The personnel was speaking very loudly in the hallway and listening loud music. The entry of the parking is very narrow and we damaged our car a bit. The breakfast was average. The room was fine, but the towels were old and with holes on them.

They advertised free parking . But when you get there they will tell you "sorry no parking , we are full"

We stayed here twice. The first time the room was really nice. The 2nd time not so much and we paid the same amount for it. We had no toiletries, the door lock did not work properly, it smelled weird, the curtain was ripped. They also had porn channels available at all hours which i find to be strange. Also be careful with the car you have as the parking space is really tight. The breakfast was fine, the cherry pie was really good. The location is the best thing about it.

Posizione ottima, parcheggio al coperto molto piccolo da non poter ospitare neanche una moto, freddezza del personale, la colazione per chi mangia dolce e’ misera e infine la camera superior con un costo maggiorato, a parte i particolari in pietra, e’ assolutamente scadente con battiscopa staccati, pavimento non allo stesso livello con pericolo di inciampare, lavandino piccolo e pulizia discutibile.

Preisgünstig für einen Schweizer. Aber 3 Sterne würde reichen. Leider leider nicht ganz Barrierefrei, was jedoch im Prospekt angegeben ist. Es empfängt einen schon beim Eingang ein riesen Absatz und dann eine steile Treppe. Ab da könnte ich es als Barrierefrei durchgehen lassen. Doch die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals gleicht es aus. Zu empfehlen ist das angegliederte Restaurant. Alles frisch zubereitet, sogar die Tomatensupe kommt nicht aus der Tüte. Die Pommes als Beilage grandios, passend zum Hauptgeng. 5 Sterne

Very clean hotel, in a very good location! Rich breakfast and very helpful and innovative. Especially Sanja at the reception, very professional, but at the same time very friendly, and always with a smile. I had a wonderful stay!

I stayed for one night here, the room was ok, I guess 4* in Serbia, is more like 3* anywhere else in Europe, but not a bad hotel, quite the opposite! Breakfast was good, but they have to do something about the coffee, the one offered with the included breakfast was instant, very bad, and the one I paid for almost 3€, was not good either! Parking provided, but the entrance is very narrow!

не понравилось: проблема с бронированием номера и парковки, ремонт чуть уставший, не особо большое разнообразие еды на завтрак для 4 звездочного отеля, твердый матрас, опасный въезд на парковку, уборка в номере не очень хорошая, маленькие номера. понравилось: извинились за проблемы с бронированием, помогли с утюгом, завтрак вкусный, комфортная температура в номере при жаре на улице, локация отеля относительно центра хорошая, тихая улица, сама парковка более менее просторная, есть где развернуться.

Otelin en iyi özelliği konumu, kahvaltı biz türklere göre yeterli, domuz eti yemediğimizi söyleyince bize ayrı kahvaltılık getirdiler çok mutlu olduk. Personel ilgili ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.Belgrada tekrar geldiğimizde burayı tercih ederiz.

I stayed at this "4-star" hotel recently and booked a superior room with one king bed and a sofa bed on Bookings. While the hotel's central location in Belgrade is convenient and they offer free parking, getting into the garage was quite tricky due to the extremely narrow entrance. Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work, and the night temperature dropped to 6°C. When we raised this with the receptionist, she provided a small heater and some stained duvets, which was quite off-putting and far below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this rating. It seams that I wasn't invited to write any review on bookings as if someone could predict that I would write some negative comments. Overall, while the location is a plus and he breakfast is okey, the condition of the room and the lack of proper heating made the experience uncomfortable. The disgusting extra duvet is unbearable.
