Ordered a "standard luxury room" with couch and some space around bed at the photo and description, but it was not correct. Room is so small, you barely can make a step. Although there is a small fridge at least, and bathroom is made pretty well. Bed is not that comfortable and there was some hair, so it wasn't cleaned properly. Also noone at the reception for days. Only really good thing is parking. Good for cheap travelling.

Cattivi odori, pulizia scarsa, ottima posizione con possibilità di parcheggio interno. C'è da dire che una volta lamentato il problema sono intervenuti in un'oretta e mezza per fare il cambio lenzuola (la struttura è organizzata che non c'è nessuno di fisico a cui rivolgersi)

Comfy room with bathroom, AC, tv, kettle. Close to the city centre and in the same time in a quiet part of Ljubljana. Free parking (which is really important in Ljubljana).

We have booked the room to have a rest on the road back home. Because we arrived at 01:30 in the night no one was there for the checkin. We received a mail with instructions how to get in our room. Everything worked fine. In order to get the instructions the owner asked us to send him our checkin information without specifying what exactly he wants to have. It would be more customer friendly if he formulated his request more precisely from the first time to have a smooth communication. When you are on the road, last thing you want to do is getting in long mailing communication just in order to checkin. The room was clean and spacious with a lot of comfort. In our room we even had two separate toilets. This reduces the time to get ready to move out in the morning.

L’hotel è carino e moderno con un comodo parcheggio vicino; inoltre il centro è facilmente raggiungile in auto. |Le stanze sono piccole ma non manca nulla e c’è anche un mini frigo. |Inizialmente c’è stato un piccolo fraintendimento circa il numero della stanza ma è stato risolto nel miglior dei modi.
