First of all, the location is very good, You dont need your car while you are visiting around the City. The stuff is friendly and helpfull. The hotel has its own car park lot against 20 Euro/night.

This was an excellent choice for me, I would definitely recommend it. |The room was clean the location was great and if you pay a little extra they offer airport transportation. There's a small restaurant across the street called Premium Burgers, delicious 🤤

First thing when we got to the hotel we had to wait at least 30 minutes for anyone to appear to check in. ||Then we got the room with a window to a cement wall. I wasn’t gonna make a fuss about it so I just moved on. We were excited about the jacuzzi. We asked to fill it up because the hotel does not let the guests do it on their own. It took an hour to fill up. And it only used incredibly hot water. Then when it finally became cold enough and we turned on the massage mode the jacuzzi started falling apart. Screws shot out of the holes and the water drained from it in like 20 minutes. We complained to two different people. I messaged the pictures to Hotels whatsapp and they only offered me 30% discount for the next stay. I kindly said I am not gonna book with them again and asked to give me that 30% back as I specifically payed for jacuzzi room. They stopped responding to my messages. It was my partners birthday and we wanted to have something special. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok ilgili ve ingilizce konusunda bir sorunlari Yok. Restoran önerileri ve gezicek yerler hakkında bilgi verdiler. Tüm belgradi yürüyerek gezebildik tüm turistik yerlerin ortasında gibi düşünülebilir. Bir ihtiyacimiz olduğunda çözmek için ilgiliydiler. Tek sorun biraz temizlik konusunda zayıf kaldılar. Daha temiz olmasını beklerdim.

We booked for 2 nights, but when we arrived at the hotel(?), there was nobody at the recetion.We waited for a significant time and someone appeared at last…We wanted to see the room. the room was extremely small. We booked Twin Bed room but as there was no space two beds were attached to each other.The distance between bathroom and beds were about 20cm. The bathroom was behind a clear glass and it was very weird that you should take a shower or use the toilet in the middle of the room.We immediately left the place and found another hotel.But it was evening and we had difficulty to find an available hotel.Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience..

This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. In the middle of the night — around 2 AM — the couple in the room next to mine started having extremely loud, aggressive sex. The walls are basically non-existent. It was impossible to sleep and honestly disturbing.||||Imagine if I had been traveling with my parents — the situation would have been absolutely mortifying. ||||To make matters worse, the reception closes at 11 PM, so there was absolutely no one to contact or complain to during the night. I had to endure the entire situation until morning. I waited until 11 AM hoping those guests would check out, but they didn’t. When I finally reported the issue - They didn’t seem surprised at all, which tells me this wasn’t the first time… ||||At this point, I honestly started wondering whether this hotel is secretly known for being some kind of hookup spot or a place for public sex. The lack of reaction from the staff, combined with how normalized the whole thing seemed to them, raises serious questions about what kind of guests this hotel is attracting.||||This place is a disgrace. If you’re looking for rest, respect, or even just basic decency — stay away

Hotel was just a perfect for a city break trip! Spotless clean, absolutely amazing service and friendly staff! The hotel is 3 min walk from the Square of Republic, Parliament building and the main pedestrian street Knez Mihajlova… Highly recommended!!

Stayed repeated times last years. Location is great. But premises and rooms, need improvements. Not acceptable to find shoes stamps over the wall or to smell cigarette smoke in the room when you check in, even is (supposed to be) strictly prohibited. At least i was allocated in another room. What about if there was not free room available? Internet is an issue, as if you are apple user (Mac, iPhone etc) no chance to be connected. And even you mentioned it to the receptionist, the answer is just the typical one “ it’s apple issue, android users don’t face any problem connecting to our network…”. And so what ? What’s your reaction to solve to people? Better to mention it in your description, that iPhone users are kindly recommending to book to another venue, not to Lever Luxury Suites as you might face problems with our WiFi network. Parking spots are available under charge (20€ per day) that is above average daily parking fees in Belgrade (10-15€, even in 4-5 star hotels). Coffee capsules are under charge as well. I think with so many issues, the management should place some coffee capsule machines inside the rooms, as per complementary use to make their guest feeling more comfortable and welcoming. It’s not all about the money. PS: highlight the dangerous broken chair inside the room..

Detta är vår andra gång som vi bor på Level och vi har varit så nöjda båda gångerna. Denna gång var vi 8 personer som åkte tillsammans och alla var lika nöjda med boendet. Det ligger precis i centrum, nära till allt. Lagom rymliga rum, bra sängar, kuddar och täcken. Rent och tyst. Rekommenderar alla som vill bo i centrala Belgrad.

Öncelikle konumu mükemmel, buradan her yere gidebilirsiniz. Resepsiyonistler oldukça ilgili ve kibarlar. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Bina kapısında şifre olması güzel. Odamız oldukça yeterli ve temizdi. Jakuzi de temizdi. Harika bir deneyimdi.

Clean and nice, but they have no elevators, and the location is difficult to find. You must hire their driver for all transfers, and those two pain points will be eliminated. Otherwise, you will have to carry your own suitcases two flights up while paying generic taxi drivers twice the money.
