Enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – leider keine Empfehlung und nie wieder! Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie 400 € pro Nacht bezahlt und hatten angesichts dieses Preises entsprechend hohe Erwartungen. Leider wurden diese in keiner Weise erfüllt. Die Fotos auf Google Maps und Booking.com erwecken einen sehr positiven Eindruck, der vor Ort nicht bestätigt wurde. Viele Bereiche, wie z. B. die Lobby, sind auf den Bildern gar nicht zu sehen – vermutlich aus gutem Grund. Einige der gezeigten Fotos sind von der 300m entfernten Sommer-Terme und nicht vom Hotel. Die Darstellung online ist aus unserer Sicht irreführend. Das Hotel ist insgesamt stark in die Jahre gekommen und macht sowohl von außen als auch innen einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Man erkennt auf den ersten Blick, dass hier lange nicht investiert wurde. Das Haus mag vor zwanzig Jahren ein 4-Sterne-Hotel gewesen sein, diesem Standard entspricht es heute in keiner Weise mehr. Besonders enttäuschend war auch das Zimmer: Es war nur oberflächlich gereinigt und wirkte insgesamt schmutzig. Das verdreckte Bett war eckelerregend (siehe Fotos). Sämtliche Lampenschirme verschmutzt und verbogen. Wandtapezierungen beschädigt – für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse völlig inakzeptabel. Auch Frühstück und Abendessen konnten uns nicht überzeugen. Die Qualität der Speisen war durchschnittlich, vieles wirkte lieblos zubereitet. Besonders ärgerlich: Für einen koffeinfreien Kaffee beim Frühstück hätte ich extra bezahlen müssen – und das für Instantpulver, das lediglich mit heißem Wasser aufgegossen wird. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns durch die schöne Online-Darstellung getäuscht. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Un hotel 4* che in Italia a malapena sarebbe un 3*. Camere datate, moquette sporca e macchiata come non ho mai visto in vita mia; che poi la moquette è presente pure nei corridoi e addirittura al ristorante. Pure le tende in camera erano tutte sporche e rotte. Altra nota dolente della camera il fatto che non è presente il bollitore per farsi un thè o una tisana... Insomma, in un 4* mi aspetto standard qualitativi alti, che qui non ho trovato. Il personale di poche parole, per me e la mia famiglia era la prima volta che alloggiavamo qui e non sono stati capaci di darci tutte le informazioni necessarie al check-in. Bella la parte delle piscine/saune, si vede che è nuova (ma non aspettatevi niente di che) ma ciò non basta a tirar su il voto finale. Concludo con il ristorante: cena a buffet, ok ci può stare, ma non puoi presentarmi ogni sera lo stesso cibo (di bassa qualità). Ah, se poi ordinate l'acqua sappiate che vi costerà ben 5,80 euro la bottiglia da 0,75 litri. In proporzione vi costerà meno ordinare una Coca-Cola. Recensioni a parte per la Riviera Termale, sia la parte estiva che quella invernale.

Ovo nije hotel sa 4 * nikako, sobe zastarjele, madraci toliko istrošeni da ne možeš spavati tamo. Potrgan prekidač za svijetlo u kupaoni, a kupaona tek, vrata od tuša portgana, sve puno gljivica i plijesni.Prvi put da nema u sobi kuhalo ili aparat za kavu i čaj. Cijeli hotel je zastario, od ulaza do soba, nikako nismo to očekivali od hotela s 4* a cijena mu nije u skladu s uslugom. Što se tiče doručka,klasika kao u svakom hotelu, ništa posebno, no vecera je bila kao razočaravajuća. Sve u svemu vodeni park je super i preporučam, ima puno bazena i stvari za obići, ima svega za djecu, da se naći i hlada, ležaljke 5 eura komad,suncobran 5 eura komad.ima hrane i pića,nakon check outa mozete ostati jos cijeli dan, tako da taj dio je super, ali recenzija ide isključivo za hotel i sobe.

Hotel molto grande, un mix di rinnovato e datato. Personale cordiale. Camere grandi ma anch'esse da rinnovare, oltretutto, per trasformare una doppia in una quadrupla, mi hanno aggiunto un divano letto che era più una branda militare con materasso pressochè inesistente... mangiare a buffet di qualità medio bassa. Hotel koji ima 4* a ne opravdava ih u niti jednom segmentu. Prvo kada smo dosli ispred hotela, pomislili smo da ne radi koliko je derutan prednji dio. Da nije bilo parkiranih auta ispred zaista bi se zapitala. Znaci lobby je toliko zastario, namjestaj u tom dijelu je izrazito prljav. Sobe su obnovljene ali dosta zapustene. Kupatilo je puno gljivica, ima nekakv neugodan miris ododnosno smrad. Spa u sklopu hotela je odlicno zamisljen, cist ali nazalost osoblje zaista nezainteresirano kao i u ostatku hotela. Po meni je cijena od 35 eura za dva ulaska dnevno nepotrebno ogranicavajuca. Zasto nije za goste ulaz uz doplatu neogranicen? Informacije na recepciji daju na kapaljku. Restoran je velik, cist i obnovljen. Ponuda hrane za dorucak i veceru korektna. Bar u lobbyju je kriminalan, ne otvara se na vrijeme pa ujutro prije dorucka nemas gdje popiti kavu.

The whole experience was pretty much bad. I paid 230€ for a room with breakfast, and paid additional 50€ for dinner(25€ per person). Check in is at 15 and checkouts are at 10. So basically a weekend trip is not worth it. The toilet seat is triangular in the room, which is not only uncomfortable but it was also broken and was falling off the toilet, also the sink was clogged pretty bad. About the pools and wellness part. The hotel pool is small and not that crowded so its ok to chill out there. The winter wellness riviera was very crowded so I don't recommend that at all if you are trying to have a relaxing weekend. Also while we were checking in, the receptionist told us that we had access to the hotel saunas, but the access is not included (which we were not told) in the price and you have to pay 35€ per person to enter the sauna. Massage is also paid extra which is totally acceptable, but the sauna part is not ok. Dinner was underwhelming. The meat was dry and not seasoned well, potatoes were ok, only the salads section actually had a good variety of salads to choose from and they were tasty. Dessert was disappointing, there were three different cakes, all three made from sponge cake and whipped cream with addition of chocolate syrup, fruit or a poor mans tiramisu. They were cut into 4x4 cm cubes so you almost get the feeling that they dont want you to eat a decent amount since you have to take like 6 pieces to get the same amount as a normal slice of cake. Breakfast was better than dinner but still not nearly something that would be considered good by any means (for the price) they had a good selection of bread and dry meats for sandwiches, hot dogs were of poor quality, eggs were cooked ok but bland. And the cups for juice were the worst part, since they are probably 1-1.5dl. I've had probably good two and a half sips in that one and had to go get a refill again getting the feeling that they dont want you to drink too much juice that is also shit quality, imagine a watered down orange juice syrup. A bad one. I've heard only the best about the place and finally decided to visit. Came back home with a sour taste in my mouth. Never coming back again. My advice for anyone that is considering to go here is to pay for a trip somewhere else and actually have a good time. I paid 300€ for 2 plane tickets and accommodation for 3 days on Cyprus with dinner, breakfast, sauna, gym,pools and one free drink included at the bar. In comparison, I paid 280€ for this shit.

L'hotel è grande e datato. La camera, pur non piccola e pulita, ha una moquette piena di macchie. Il cibo è un punto molto debole: soprattutto la cena ma anche la colazione sono imbarazzanti, sia come varietà che come qualità. Occhio a quello che bevete: a dispetto del posta, il conto sarà caro. Inoltre, in un hotel che si fregia di 4 stelle, non ci si aspetterebbe di vedere bambini che mettono letteralmente le mani nelle vasche del buffet, che fanno cadere posate e le rimettono dentro, che toccano qualsiasi cosa. La struttura è molto datata e offre molto poco. L'unica parte veramente riammodernata è quella delle saune, che non sono male (salvo che in Austria le zone wellness sono molto più silenziose). Le piscine non sono male, ma certamente non belle. In definitiva non vale certamente la pena venire fino a qui da Udine (e quindi da ovunque in Italia) per andare alle terme. Il pacchetto Esperienza Grand Spa non vale assolutamente i soldi che costa, forse la metà. Il personale è un altro tasto dolente: nessuno ti spiega nulla, tutti molto sbrigativi. Ci è entrata in camera la signora delle pulizie alle 8.30 quando stavamo ancora dormendo....

Nikada nemam običaj pisati recenzije, a pogotovo negativne, no ponukana lošim iskustvom, nemam izbora. Odsjeli smo u Hotelu Terme, sobe su okej, naša je bila čista, na to nemamo primjedbe, no jako se loše spava, kvaliteta madraca te jastuka pogotovo je ultra loša. Osoblje na recepciji hotela također jako nezainteresirano, kao i na ostalim recepcijama (ulaz u saune). Osoblje je toliko nezainteresirano da ni ne objasne osnove gdje se sve može i koliko puta s obzirom da je to veliki kompleks. Bazeni se ne naplaćuju, no ulazak u svaku wellness zonu se naplaćuje po 35 eura. Bazeni i wellness dio su okej, na to nema primjedbe. Hrana je također diskutabilna. Doručak je u redu, dosta izbora i sviježe pripremljeno. No večera (koja se plaća 23 eura po osobi) je nula bodova..Hrana suha, sirova (krumpiri) ili prekuhana (njoki), jedino što je valjalo je bio sladoled 😂 A vrhunac večere bila je voda iz slavine (1 L) koju smo morali platiti 2,50 eura??? Trudim se pronaći pozitivne elemente, no zaista ne mogu. No apsolutno pohvale imam na sobarice i mladu damu u restoranu (kraća smeđa kosa sa crnim naočalama) koje su bile ljubazne odgovoriti na pitanja koja smo imali ili su samo uputile osmijeh što nismo dobili od početka boravka od strane recepcija.. Jako smo se dvoumili izabrati Hotel Terme ili ne. Ipak smo dali priliku, ali ostali djelomično razočarani, pogotovo zato što recenzije poput moje stoje već godinama online i izgleda da se stvari nisu promijenile što me potaklo na pisanje recenzije. Duboko se nadam da će se ipak stvari s vremenom promijeniti s obzirom da slove za jedne od najboljih Terma u Sloveniji i okolici..

L’hotel lascia impressioni contrastanti. L’ingresso alle saune non è incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno: costa 25 euro o 35 euro al giorno, a seconda dei giorni. Tuttavia, l’accesso alla “Riviera Invernale” e alle piscine dell’hotel è gratuito. Anche le saune della “Riviera” richiedono un pagamento aggiuntivo. Dopo la ristrutturazione, sembra che si debba pagare tutto a parte. Il cibo è tipico della cucina slovena, ma bisogna considerare che non ha nulla a che fare con l’Italia — i sapori e l’approccio sono completamente diversi. Il caffè, purtroppo, è spesso annacquato. Veniamo qui ogni anno, ma ora, con i costi aggiuntivi per le saune, stiamo iniziando a pensare che in Italia, a questo prezzo, si possano trovare hotel di livello simile e stessi euro

Ovaj Hotel je lepsi iznutra nego spolja.Ima veoma dobru hranu. Kreveti su udobni ali dodatni deciji krevet nije. Bazeni u Zimskoj rivijeri su mnogobrojni i sa puno sadrzaja. Bazen u samom hotelu je za plivanje i ima dobar djakuzi.

The rooms are renovated, clean and very stylish equiped. Hotel also offers a big spa with fitness and a big 25m indoor pool. We've used the pool a lot since it was not so crowded and also the water has been nice and warm. Since I'm a sport person, I made some swimming workouts in the mornings when the pool was still empty. Unfortunatelly the pool open at 8 AM which is a little bit late if I still want to eat a breakfast which is available till 10 AM. The food offered for breakfast and dinner has also been very diverse and delicious. Also the staff was very polite and behave proffesional. Unfortunatelly the hotel is little bit far away from the entrace to the Winter thermalarea so we had to get there by car. Due to the cold weather it's not that nice to walk from there to the hotel with wet hair. Parking places are available.
