I stayed there in July 2023. The hotel is a bit old and has a slightly dated atmosphere, but it was very quiet and peaceful. I was on the 3rd floor, which didn’t offer a great view, though I believe the upper floors might have a beautiful one. Breakfast was basic and lacked variety. The hotel staff were polite and well-mannered.

This was a three-star hotel experience. I'm not a demanding guest; basic cleanliness and a good bed are important to me. The room was clean, and towels were provided.||The hotel could be better maintained. In our room alone, we found quite a few issues that would require maintenance staff intervention – probably a maximum of 60 minutes of work. The reception staff were helpful and offered good advice.||The parking lot is small. They should really rethink their breakfast service organization, as I had to wait on the terrace for a table to clear in the dining area.||Public transport stops almost right in front of the hotel or just one street up, which is very convenient. If you enjoy walking, you can be in the city center in about 20 minutes.

la posizione è ottima perché ben servita da autobus gratuiti coi quali si arriva in centro in 15 minuti circa. parcheggio gratuito. le stanze ampie e pulite. alcuni dettagli nel bagno lasciano a desiderare (colonna doccia rotta, aloni di umidità sul soffitto. personale cordiale. colazione non eccezionale

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de Water Front y del Centro Comercial Galería. Las habitaciones son amplias, climatizadas, con ventanas grandes con cortinas, el restaurante está abierto desde las 7:00 hasta las 21:00 y tanto el menú como la carta están riquísimos y a muy buen precio. El alojamiento incluye desayuno. Lo único negativo es que les falta aire acondicionado en los pasillos donde están las habitaciones. Por lo demás bien, lo recomiendo.

I live in Belgrade and had some guests staying. Night clerk didn't now i was familiar with Serbia, Serbian language or Belgrade. When some information was requested by guests (i was just standing by), he was extremely arrogant and unpolite, expressing absolute unwillingness to help or be of any assistance. When confronted, he became openly hostile and reacted with disgust towards guests. I honestly have no idea why one would work in hospitality if you have an attitude problem. Not a good recipe to attract tourism to Serbia.

Odaların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Otoparkı var ancak yer olmuyor. Burada resepsiyondaki arkadaş devreye giriyor. Bir şekilde size park yeri açıyor. Aracınızın anahtarını bırakıyorsunuz mecbur. Kahvaltısı standart. Belgrad'da kalabileceğiniz fiyatı uygun bir otel.

If you’re in Belgrade this is convenient place to stay. Room are shy of 5* hotels but beleive me, you don’t want to stay in room. Frome receptionist to waiters, if you’re long enough to meet them, you will hear great tips. The staff is great, the vibe is great and even if you’re drunk of nightclubs in Belgrade, they will offer you a veal soup that will rise you from dead. No matter how you’re hammered, this is no question asked hotel. All recommendations. P.S. The waiters will give you tips for awsome nightlife for lowest price.

Great location, very dated, but that gives a charm to it, clean rooms , and enough friendly service. Decent breakfast, if you used to luxury don't expect it here, good value for money
