Wir haben uns am 13.9. auf Booking.com für eine Reise ins Hotel Natura Vilanija entschieden. Umag Kroatien. Grundvoraussetzung dafür war ein Hotel mit Pool. Das Hotel wirbt mit Bildern genau dafür. Die Reise sollte von 18.9.-22.9. sein. Weil uns das Meer nicht wichtig ist, war uns auch egal, dass das Hotel 4,6 km vom Zentrum Umag und dementsprechend vom Meer entfernt ist. Doch am 15.9. gab es eine Urlaubsbesprechung, und wir lasen mit Schrecken, dass ab 15.9. der Pool und das Restaurant bereits in die Winterpause gehen!!! Damit war unsere Grundvoraussetzung, der Pool, vom Tisch. Ich rief sofort im Hotel an. Auf Englisch bestätigte man mir das. Ist ja in Ordnung, wenn das Wetter schlecht ist kann man in keinen Pool gehen. Aber es wurden 23 Grad angesagt. Da möchte ich schon die Entscheidung selbst treffen ob ich baden möchte oder nicht. September ist übrigens eine beliebte Reisezeit für ältere ohne Kinder. Kein Pool, kein Restaurant, im Landesinneren war für uns keine Option. Deswegen auf Booking die Anfrage auf Gebührenfreies Storno gestellt, das erwartungsgemäß nicht akzeptiert wurde. Liebes Hotel, drei Sterne Abzug für falsche Werbung und trotz Fehler Verrechnung der Stornogebühr. (Ohne dieser wäre die Rezession nicht entstanden, so musste es sein, damit die nächsten Gäste nicht auf die schönen Poolbilder reinfallen) Ansonsten liest man über ihr Hotel nur Gutes, weswegen es nicht nur 1en Stern gibt.
L’hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est professionnel et très accueillant. Diego fera tout ce qu’il peut pour vous indiquer ce que vous pourrez visiter de cette région de l’strie..|Parking de taille très correcte avec une borne VE.|Les chambres sont climatisées.|Le seul problème est que les literies sont molles et désagréables avec les alèses en plastique…les oreillers sont également très mous.|Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec suffisamment de choix pour satisfaire les habitudes des uns et des autres. Il y a aussi une piscine.|Il y a également un restaurant, qualité moyenne.. il faut mieux aller à 20 kms d’ici pour trouver un bon restaurant de poissons.|Pour rayonner ds la région l’emplacement est parfait, en plus d’être ds un petit village.

Ein kleines Familien geführtes Hotel mit persönlicher Ausstrahlung. Es gibt unterschiedliche Zimmer, wir hatten eins mit Balkon und Blick zum Meer un der Ferne. Andere blicken auf den Parkplatz. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt, dazu schöne Liegen aus Holz mit dicken Auflagen. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, sehr große Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Tomate Mozzarella, Müsli, Rührei, Speck, viel Obst, Joghurt. Alles sehr schmackhaft, insbesondere das Foccachia und das Brot. Ein empfehlenswertes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Auto zwingend notwendig.

10 Minuten (mit Auto) von Umag entfernt (und nächsten Strand) findet man absolute Ruhe und Erholung mit Pool, Bar und absolut empfehlenswerten Restaurant exklusiv für Hotelgäste. Frühstücksbuffet im genau richtigen Ausmaß, Zimmer super sauber und das Team ist so herzlich dass man nur entspannen kann abseits vom ganzen Trubel.

Sobe uredne i čiste, bazen čist. Vrlo je mirno pa ako netko voli odmor u tišini preporučam. Za sve ostalo treba ići s autom. Doručak zadovoljavajuć.

Accueil agréable, professionnel, cadre sympa, jolie piscine, chambre propre simple tout est fournie même les mouchoirs à papier (2 paquets) Restaurant dans un cadre agréable à part de l’hôtel en revanche un peu cher pour le peu de plat disponibles !! Boissons pas à la hauteur des noms mis sur la carte !

Das Hotel ist eine solide 5 für den Preis. Der Service und das unglaublich liebe Personal haben 10 Sterne verdient. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, übernachten wir dort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel in un bel posto tranquillo e isolato, ma poco distante da Umago (circa 15 min di auto). L'hotel è aperto tutto l'anno, ma i servizi sono ridotti per il periodo invernale. Noi abbiamo usufruito solo della sauna, chiedendo la preparazione qualche ora prima, l'idromassaggio purtroppo non era disponibile. Le camere sono dotate del necessario, anche se purtroppo nella nostra era presente un forte odore di acqua stagnante di scarico, segno che la camera non è stata usata per un bel po'. L'acqua della doccia usciva calda solo dopo diversi minuti. Le dimensioni del bagno sono un po' limitate, magari qualche cm in più sarebbe stato apprezzato. Materasso abbastanza comodo anche se morbido. La stanza 2 al piano terra ha anche l'accesso diretto alla piscina e alla sauna direttamente dalla terrazza, senza dover fare il giro per la reception. Il buffet della colazione è nella stessa stanza della reception, mentre i tavoli per la consumazione sono al piano interrato (forse una migliore logistica sarebbe apprezzabile). Colazione con affettati, marmellata, brioches e a richiesta uova o wurstel preparati al momento. Parcheggio gratuito dentro alla proprietà.

Abbiamo prenotato questo posto per vivere un weekend tranquillo e rilassante. Ci siamo trovati in un posto tranquillo si, ma senza nessun servizio. Abbiamo dovuto prendere l auto x poter mangiare, bere, prendere un caffè o un gelato. È inutile poter rimanere nella struttura a bordo piscina se non c è la possibilità neanche di avete un bicchiere d'acqua. Piscina tra l altro funzionante per la metà, i getti d'acqua erano spenti. Non c è ne bar, ne tanto meno di ristorante. Dal 1 settembre, per i gestori di questa struttura, siamo fuori stagione e non danno più tutti i servizi che potrebbero dare. Prezzo, al di poco, piuttosto caro per essere lontano dal centro e con l'esigenza di dover muoversi con l auto per ogni cosa. Posto bello ma senza questi importanti servizi perde anche quella tranquillità che potrebbe offrire NON LO CONSIGLIO!
