High Quality, but NOT "family friendly". This hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful, as expected for the VERY expensive rates... However despite the fact that we have friends that live up the hill and it would be great to stay at this hotel again, when we visit Croatia, I think we’ll choose another hotel because of the policy about our child not being able to have two of her “non- registered guest” friends in the pool. Although I understand this policy in theory, the hotel and pool are very small for a "beach resort" it’s too rigid a policy for visiting families with friends in the area who want to relax and enjoy the beach / pool etc. It seemed a strange and a bit to rigid a policy and we''ve honestly never had to deal with this type of policy at any of the other 100+ resorts we stayed at over the years, especially for the VERY expensive room rates. Also the restaurant was pretty bad quality for the food in the area. It was actually the worst food we had in at the 10 restaurants we visited in Croatia that week. Any of the restaurants 100 yards away we much better. Maybe they are trying to cater more to older couples without kids, or older couples sailing around who just want a nice shower for a night... but I would NOT call this a super "family friendly" hotel. So although it’s a nice hotel we probably will choose another for those two reasons.

What a beautiful hotel. Upon entering reception when we arrived we were impressed immediately. The views from the panoramic windows were just incredible. This is a small hotel of only 29 rooms making the service exceptional. The staff were some of the best I have experienced in the many hotels I have stayed in. Super friendly & helpful. A special shout out to Angela who served us in the restaurant & looked after us extremely well! |We were lucky enough to have booked one of the 2 family rooms which gave us access to a pool on a large private patio only shared with one other family room. This pool was in the sun all day but also allowed access to shade if needed. The views off this terrace were spectacular too. |Breakfasts were plentiful & well cooked with a good choice of items. We ate dinner 3 times in the hotel restaurant. It really was excellent with quality ingredients cooked skilfully. I would definitely recommend eating there if you are in Marina. It’s a shame that the restaurant wasn’t busier as it really was very good indeed. |Marina is a small village with a few restaurants & good base to explore this part of Croatia. We hired a car which allowed us to visit many beautiful cities, towns & villages nearby & I would recommend it as the driving is so easy there. |I would not hesitate in staying at the Marinus Beach Hotel again as it is most definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in over the years. I agree with other reviewers that although this hotel is officially rated 4* it most certainly feels more 5*!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Hôtel top super bien placé dans une marina. Restaurant, supérette pas loin de hôtel . Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec vue mer . Le personnel d accueil super sympa. Au niveau du petit déjeuner le personnel manque un peu organisation, oblige de les appeler pour obtenir ta boisson chaude sinon c etait top .

L’hôtel est parfait à tous les niveaux : il est moderne, très bien entretenu avec un personnel aux petits soins. Les prestations sont dignes d’un 5 étoiles ! La piscine à débordement est magnifique et bien chauffée; la formule petit déjeuner est superbe avec la possibilité de prendre boissons et plats faits minutes en plus du buffet.

I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Croatia. The rooms are lovely and comfortable with a stunning sea view and balcony. Sunbathing on the beach was an amazing and relaxing way to spend the day, and the pool was a perfect alternative to the crystal clear sea. The daily breakfast was high-quality and delicious with lots of choice. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and always ready to help. The location is idyllic - it’s in a small village in a quiet bay with multiple restaurants and bars so you can try something new every night. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the beach bar next to the hotel was also great for an afternoon drink or snack. We loved every minute and will surely be back soon!

Everything from the quality of the fittings, rooms, pool, closeness of the sunbeds and the beach and the location|The staff were all amazing! Courteous, polite, friendly helpful and quick to resolve any minor issues |We cannot recommend the staff & this hotel enough ||The only thing that could be improved was the food- somewhat limited breakfasts ( not replenished so later on in the morning we missed out)|The bacon was if the streaky type and overcooked|The local yogurt pots were fabulous but again insufficient for the number of guests|Bread was lovely but again insufficient for the number of guests|The only thing we had from the breakfast menu we didn’t enjoy was the eggs Benedict- it really wasn’t a proper eggs Benedict with Bechamel sauce, but instead some processed bread type basket in which was put the poached eggs and other ingredient, but no sauce. This bread type basket was not pleasant |Please don’t take this as a major issue, we’ve mentioned it in a constructive way, as we were very happy with our hotel in every other way

This hotel is quite the find! Location ✅ service ✅ comfort ✅ |It is exceptional in all areas. Quiet and calm but with such a friendly staff we immediately felt welcome and cared for. ||There were plenty of sun beds both in and out of the shade. A fabulous beach bar right next door with the same level of friendly service. A real mix of guests from all over Europe, a few families but mainly couples. The public beach right in front of the hotel (no road to separate) meant there were plenty of local families enjoying the place especially at the weekend. The beach is artificial and stony so beach shoes are a must if you enjoy swimming in the sea - which is glorious!||Marina is a quiet place with some good local restaurants and plenty of boat action. ||A car means you can explore further afield but we were happy staying put with just a bus ride to Trogir for a change of scene. It was a busy place but very charming with a host of places to eat. An evening visit would have been good to avoid the crowds and the heat.

Stayed here for 5 nights after a busy few days exploring Split old town and the islands of Hvar and Brac. So we were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed and that’s what we got. Beautifully decorated small hotel tucked away in a small Croatian harbour town. We really enjoyed the bar next door with its great views and good cocktails and food. The breakfast in the hotel was very good, only had dinner there once on the terrace and that was great. Shout out to the receptionists who were very kind and friendly and always wanted to check in with you. Overall a great break with lovely weather and stunning sea views.

sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt am schönen weißen Kies-Strand mit Liegen und Schirm falls man möchte… Gehminuten zur Marina ca nur 5 min, Bars &Restaurants zu Fuß in 5-8 min gut erreichbar….nach Trogir mit dem Auto ca10-15min, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel….außergewöhnlich modernes und sehr schönes, neues Hotel, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, wunderschöne Zimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer und den geankerten Segelbooten/ Motorbooten/ Katamaranen…. perfekter Service und auch die Küche ist der Wahnsinn👌😍|Top Hotel, top Mitarbeiter♥️ es war traumhaft🥰|Lg Susi &Alex

I would highly reccomend this hotel! Such a beautiful location - right on the beach and perfect little town with a few restaurants/bars. We had some difficulties getting an uber on one of the days due to the location not being in Split, but this was soon resolved.|Easy to get to the hotel from the airport - €18 each way in a taxi.|Breakfast is lovely! Couldn't have asked for more, and the selection was varied each morning (with the set menu for hot food).|The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - always ensuring to check in with us, and that we're having a good stay!|Staff were also really helpful when they spotted dolphins in the harbour one morning at breakfast - it was incredible to see them swimming around!!|Rooms are very spacious, and the bed is super comfortable!! The only downside was the partition between the bedroom and bathroom - not much privacy when using the toilet! |We visited Split for a day, and I can honestly say that staying in Marina is so much better and more beautiful! Much more of an authentic and peaceful place (Split was a bit manic and that was out of season!). The best part about Split was the old town and the mall! I would highly recommend visiting Trogir - which was €10 each way with an Uber. An incredibly beautiful old town, with amazing restaurants and shops. Also, we found a bit of a gem and visited Primosten - wow! Gorgeous location with waterside restaurants and a beautiful walk around the island.

What an incredibly beautiful hotel. Perfect location for those who want to escape the hussle and bussle of Split. Transport links are not the best, but this may be due to being out of season - we taxi'd it everywhere. Highly reccomend this hotel, and staff were lovely!

⸻ To nasz drugi pobyt w Marianus Beach Hotel i na pewno nie ostatni! Za pierwszym razem byliśmy tak zachwyceni, że przedłużyliśmy pobyt, a teraz z przyjemnością tu wróciliśmy. Hotel jest przepiękny, bardzo czysty i oferuje prawdziwie luksusowe warunki. Już na powitanie uraczono nas kieliszkiem prosecco, a wcześniejsze zameldowanie było możliwe bez dodatkowych opłat. Miłym zaskoczeniem był też masaż, który otrzymałam dzięki rezerwacji przez Booking. Obsługa jest niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna — naprawdę dbają o gości. Bardzo dziękujemy całemu zespołowi za wspaniały pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecamy i do zobaczenia ponownie! Ps. Hotel jest pet friendly i nasze psy uwielbiają tutejszą plażę i spacer w małym parku za hotelem

Пишу отзыв спустя пол года, потому что до сих пор вспоминаю этот отель, как один из лучших. Самые вкусные завтраки с огромным выбором, свежими ягодами, орехами. Вежливый персонал. Прекрасная локация, где чувствуется уединение
