Sehr netter Empfang des Managers Thomas. Er ist ein Einzelkämpfer im Hotel. Trotzdem ist er super hilfsbereit, verbreitet gute Laune und ist sehr sprachgewandt. Englisch, deutsch, spanisch und italienisch bereiten ihm keine Probleme. Er hat jederzeit gute Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. parat. Leider gibt es kein Restaurant mehr. Wir hatten dann eigene Speisen und er hat uns Kleinigkeiten aus der Küche angeboten. Das hätte er sicher nicht tun müssen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ok. Meine Bewertung: Frühstück ok. Betten und Matratzen dringend austauschen. Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Air Condition war super bei großer Hitze. Wir haben uns trotzdemwohl gefühlt weil Thomas sich so toll gekümmert hat.

La veille de notre arrivée nous avons été invité à nous préenregistrer afin d'avoir un code pour entrer dans l'hôtel. Bonne initiative sauf que à l'arrivée le code ne fonctionnait pas ! Fort heureusement une autre cliente nous a aidé et a appelé le patron. Celui-ci est un grand gaillard sympathique qui parle un peu français. Il nous a indiqué notre chambre. Chambre grande, propre mais assez monacale. Nous avons du rappeler le patron car la chambre, normalement pour deux, était équipée en single : un seul oreiller, une seule serviette... Il nous a donné le complément sauf que, en revenant du restaurant, nous nous sommes rendu compte que la couette était également pour une seule personne ! Le petit déjeuner est quelconque avec des produits basques. Un avantage du lieu est la vue splendide sur les vignes. |Nous avons gardé une impression mitigée, je pense qu'il il y a un manque de personnel et que le patron est un peu dépassé (il s'occupe également de la restauration). Il y avait un groupe de cyclistes qui avaient l'air de beaucoup apprécier l'endroit.

Nous arrivons à 18h30 à l'hôtel, et on nous dit que il est beaucoup trop tard, et qu'il fallait arriver avant. Après on nous dit qu'il n'y a rien a mangé à moins de 50 min de marche... Les 2 dames de l'accueil parle pas vraiment anglais. Et dernière chose il n'y a personne en cas de problème durant la nuit dans l'hôtel ce qui n'est pas très sécurisé. Malgré cela les chambres sont très bien et son climatisé

Stayes here for one night, arrives very late because we had issues with our airbnb, staff was amazingly friendly and helpfull. And in the morning we noticed the amazing view. Deffinitly recomend this hotel

Ljubazno i izuzetno srdačno osoblje, smješten u prekrasnom krajoliku Goriških Brda okrižen beskrajnim vinogradima. Sve pohvale za gostoprimstvo. Topla preporuka za posjet i uživanje u vinskim čarolijama!!!
Nous faisons un road trip à vélo en Slovénie et nous avons logé à la Villa Kozana. |L’endroit est enchanteur, vue imprenable sur la campagne et du coup très calme. |L’accueil de Thomas est chaleureux, bienveillant et très amical. |Les chambres sont confortables quoi demander de plus ? |Allez-y !

Sobe ne vem kakšne so, ker nismo spali, razgled lep. Zajtrk za 12 eur/osebo pa katastrofa!! Gostje so čakali in čakali, se vrtili v krogu, da so dobili za pojest, ker je bilo vse prazno. Za polno jedilnico, notri in zunaj so nosili po par rezin kruha, narezki zelo zelo zelo skromni-ravno tako je vsega zmanjkalo, umešana jajčak-prazno...in vse ostalo tudi...kava... Na wc-ju nobenega toaletnega papirja. Receptor zelo prijazen.
