10/10 hotel! The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the staff incredibly warm and welcoming and the food is hard to beat. Right across from the most beautiful quaint beach, our room looked out at the Adriatic Sea (and only steps away). The third floor pool has a gorgeous mountain view, and poolside drinks. We understand the Hotel Fortuna is family owned and run, and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect staff to take care of us. Our sever, Dan, and chauffeur (provided by the hotel) Damjan, were so kind, knowledgeable and fun. Don’t forget to try the Poncic wine and Travarica! Incredible experience and probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at… ever. The Hotel Fortuna is a must stay, and we can’t wait to come back.

Predobra lokacija na samoj obali uz predivnu terasu i uslugu..nismo baravili u hotelu već smo svratili na celodnevni izlet i prijatno se iznenadili...usluga i kvalitet xrane pića i deserta na visokom nivou uz cene koje su manje nego u gradu Hvaru...preporuka za dolazak...mi ćemo svratiti opet sigurno...🫶🫶👍👍

We had the worst experience , having read lovely reviews we decided to book this hotel on our anniversary , upon reaching the hotel to our surprise we were given a room in another building which just had 2 rooms which felt worst then an Airbnb , we trusted the reviews and the 4 star rating status and decided to book this hotel for our special occasion and we were utterly disappointed , to add further the receptionist was unwilling to help and was rude and said “ you can leave “ if you don’t like the room .||I truly believe all the great reviews are fake and not genuine and that you must avoid staying in this so called 4 star property which isn’t even worth 1 star , but wanted to talk to the owner but we were denied .||Extremely disappointing experience .

This hotel is fooling tourists. They didn’t give us room in the main hotel but behind the hotel in a secluded building which was so spooky and we couldn’t sleep and had to finally cancel our booking and shift to another hotel at midnight. Room has wires popping out from the floor imagine and they are calling themselves 4 star hotel. I wish I could give them minus star. I think they dunno the meaning of 4 star. Their room is like a matchbox so claustrophobic. On top the receptionist is so rude and has bad attitude. Dunno how to talk to customers at all. There are so many better options in Hvar please go there and save your money.

Horrible hotel. I wish I could give them minus star. I think they never stayed in a 4 star hotel to know how a 4 star hotel is. This place is exactly like an air bnb room. Even air bnb rooms are better. They are fooling tourist by putting fake reviews and photos. There’s no window in the smallest room forget sea view. No service for lugguage.. no service and zero hospitality. Receptionist is so rude and has so much bad attitude.Please save your money and don’t be fooled and waste your money at all.

My wife and I are visiting Croatia for the first time and have several stops on the trip. Our third stop was on Hvar. Not wanting to be right in the middle of Hvar Town, we chose Hotel Fortuna in a small village called Milna. We had a very lovely time. The property is family owned, and has tremendous service and a super friendly team. There is a pool, it is manicured with beautiful flowers and plants, and the best is it's right on the Adriatic. A delicious breakfast, as well as a reasonable, but delicious restaurant. During checkout we were treated to a free shuttle back to the Port to catch our ferry, but also gifted a bottle of Posip Wine from the family. Yesterday we rented a couple of beach chairs and umbrella right on the sea. There is a convenience store run by a very helpful and friendly family next door. It's walking distance to many other restaurants on the sea. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone visiting the area to stay at Hotel Fortuna. As a bonus, they also recommended a great taxi service with a gentleman named Damjan who was also friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful location and friendly family run hotel|Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel, it’s a great location and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The beach next to the hotel is wonderful for swimming and has reasonably priced beds unlike other places nearby, there’s also a good 5k flat run you can do along the coast - unusual in such a hilly island. Loads to do nearby so get a car if you can if not then there’s a taxi service that runs from the hotel and is always present.Food was also a plus we tried all the restaurants along the front in the village, all were good and had their own good points but the food in the hotel topped them all

We did not stay at this great looking hotel, but we did enjoy excellent food, service and the beach front location! The Chicken Sambuca and Dalmatian house special were absolutely delicious and highly recommend. Our waiter Matej was a wonderful host who made our lunch extra special. If you are fed up with the hassle and hustle of Hvar town the short drive to Milna to enjoy the beach and much better valued eats is well worth checking out!

Alors là, tout était absolument parfait: accueil, emplacement, propreté, petit déjeuner, services de l’établissement ! Je n’ai rien à redire. Et par chance, l’hôtel n’étant pas rempli, nous avons été surclassé dans une suite avec vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuné était tellement varié que nous ne savions plus où donner de la tête: sucré, salé, fait maison….il y en avait pour tous les goûts ! Et possibilité de le prendre en terrasse en bord de mer. Pour un séjour à Hvar, la situation géographique est parfaite, seulement 10min.

A little slice of heaven in Hvar. Excellent staff and a view you cannot beat. They even gave us a free upgrade! The only downside is it is 15 euros each way to Hvar Town, but well worth how secluded and peaceful it is here.
