Отзыв о Hotel Botanica: Ранее мы несколько раз останавливались в этом отеле и были довольны. К сожалению, в этот раз ситуация оказалась совершенно иной. В номере отсутствовала горячая вода — с вечера и до самого утра. Мы сообщили об этом на ресепшн, однако администратор лишь пожал плечами, сказав, что не знает, когда проблема будет решена. Мы решили выехать досрочно и заселиться в другой отель, поскольку отсутствие базовых условий (таких как горячая вода) делает пребывание невозможным. Однако в Hotel Botanica отказались возвращать деньги за оставшиеся две ночи (около 200 евро), заявив, что отсутствие горячей воды — это “не их проблема”. По их логике, даже если во всём городе отключат свет и воду, постояльцы должны продолжать платить и не жаловаться. Подобный подход к гостям возмутителен. Категорически не рекомендую этот отель. Если вдруг возникнет проблема — решать её никто не будет. Гостеприимство заканчивается в момент, когда вы сталкиваетесь с трудностями.

Nice room — clean, quiet, with a pleasant view of the botanical garden. However, we had an issue with our Agoda booking: the payment went through, but upon check-in we were told it hadn’t been received. The reception staff couldn’t help, and only when the manager arrived did the hotel contact Agoda. In the end, we had to pay again, though thankfully the money was later refunded. Check-out is at 10 AM, which we weren’t informed about in advance — something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but for the price, we expected better service and communication. It’s probably safer to book directly with the hotel to avoid such issues.

Hotel con todas las comodidades. El buffet de comida es normal. A la carta te preparan un plato normalmente tortilla o huevos y tú puedes coger algún croissant y zumo. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y modernas. Del centro andando está a 20 min.

Bad choice. When I arrived around 9 pm, the hotel was locked, nobody at the reception, nobody picking up the "emergency" phone, the only way to get inside was some code, which they never sent. It took an hour to solve it. The room was super noisy, facing a busy street, and you could hear everything from the hallway. The last unexpected thing was a breakfast starting from 8 am. I needed to leave before 8, I just didn't expect the breakfast to be so late, and because there is no front desk, there is nobody to ask. And you get murky water. Disgusting. Avoid if you can.
