The staff are genuinely attentive, providing warm and thoughtful hospitality throughout the stay. Breakfasts are a delicious - flavorful and fresh, enjoyed with stunning views.

Muy poco amigables, tienen un acceso directo a la playa, el público está cortado por peligro real de desprendimiento, no te dejan acceder por el suyo, creando de manera inmediata una playa privada, no te dan opción a alquilar o consumir para dejarte pasar. -great breakfast buffet and a la carte menu -amazing views of the beach -access to the beach by elevator (it was open as of July-2025) -rooms were comfortable. -service and staff were all super kind and helpful. -15 min downhill walk to the old city or a 4-5min bus ride.

Wow. Stayed here from 9th-12th July, short break. This is a fantastic hotel, ideally located just 10-15 mins walk into Dubrovnik centre. The walk is down a steep hill, great one way, but the return a tad harder going, especially after a meal and a few drinks! Easily do-able if you can walk ok, or the bus is 2.50 Euro, easy (or taxi)|The hotel is superb. It is spotlessly clean with incredibly friendly staff, all of them without exception do their best to ensure you have a great stay. We only had the breakfast as we preferred to eat out, but that was fantastic too. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb selection for breakfast.|The rooms overlook a cove and have breath-taking views. There is a pebble beach directly below the hotel, accessed by some steep steps. I have been very fortunate to have been able to stay in some fantastic hotels around the world, this one is definitely up there. I highly recommend.

Great hotel on a cliffside (and with a beach) located a 10-minute walk to Old Town Dubrovnik. Great food, clean /spacious rooms, very friendly staff, a nice spa, and beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea. ||Andrea L. and Aurora P. are a great concierge team, and helped arrange a great day-trip to Montenegro and a magical visit to Ston, Mali Ston and the wine region (with amazing guides Marko M. and Davor B.!)||Would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved the hotel , staff are so friendly and welcoming, food is excellent, the only thing that has spoilt our holiday is the fact that the beach is not any longer accessible and that the company are still advertising it that it has its own beach well believe me it hasn’t !!!!! Very cross about this as not good enough

You enter the hotel at the highest level, and the rooms go down from there, alomg the steep slopes of a beautiful small cove.|The terrace restaurant for breakfast (and gastronomical dinners) overlooks the cove and small beach below.|Unfortunately, the beach was temporarily closed due to repairs after a minor mudslide. But the hotel offered shuttles to two sister-hotels with pools and beaches, where we swam in the refreshing Adriatic Sea.||Besides the clean luxurious modern look and style, this hotel’s main asset is its location, within a healthy walking distance from old town Dubrovnik. It allows you to visit the city whenever you want, and even return there for dinner on foot. Alternately, all main bus lines coming up from the Pile gate pass at 150m from the hotel, which itself is in a reasonably quiet street.|The other main asset is its staff’s friendliness and professionalism. As soon as we drove up, they took the luggage, the car keys, checked is in, and took care of every wish. Asking where we were from, chatting about football teams (soccer) or where to go for dinner.|The concierge did a great job booking us on the Regina Maris island excursion, exactly what we had asked for.|And while the service in the dinner restaurant was outstanding, the food itself was excellent beyond our expectation.

Incredible room. The room was clean and completely updated, and the view from our balcony and breakfast was absolutely breathtaking. I could stare out at the view for hours. The hotel overlooks a beautiful secluded beach inlet, something you only see on tv or in a magazine. We stayed in 3 hotels during our honeymoon (all around the same price point) in Croatia and this was by far the best one. Everything we had at breakfast was delicious, and there were so many options. There must have been 4 or 5 types of honey, and a hot food menu where you could order something made fresh. Even the eggs were amazing, the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. There was no outdoor pool but we didn't mind, because we were busy walking around the old city and doing excursions all day, and the hotel has access to the sea below. The service was also great, they unexpectedly upgraded our room since we were on our honeymoon. The entire stay was incredible, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel Bellevue is definitely one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and the absolute best for customer service. Everything about the hotel from spotless rooms clean bedding every day and fresh water to superb food at breakfast and in the vapor restaurant. The feel of the hotel is tranquil and luxury but it's best feature is all of its staff who are all so friendly and helpful. I'd give them all a 5+ star. |One negative about the holiday was the closure of the beach below and also the closure of one of its restaurants on the beach which prevented you from receiving the full Bellevue experience. The hotel do their best to accommodate a beach for you at sister hotels and whilst I know it's not the hotels fault for the closure its still frustrating sitting on your balcony and watching hundreds of people over the week using and enjoying the beach below and still being closed to Bellevue residents.|I know the closure is just as frustrating for the staff as it is for the guests and we still had a fantastic holiday. I will definitely return to this hotel as it is superb and handy for Dubrovnik old town and hopefully have the beach open to get the full high package what this hotel offers.|Thank you Bellevue staff

This is a superb hotel not far from the centre of Dubrovnik. The staff were friendly and very helpful with service to match. The restaurant provided the best of cuisine and again with friendly and efficient service. Having spoken to several local residents who asked where we were staying all said that the Hotel Bellevue was probably the best hotel in Dubrovnik, enough said. The room was perfect with superb balcony with view to match, spotlessly clean (changed every day) complete with electric blinds and canopy over the balcony.

Hotel Belleview is spectacular from the moment you walk thru those glass doors! The views are stunning as it sits on a cliff overlooking the gorgeous Adriatic Sea. The service is excellent and the staff could not be friendlier & more helpful! The concierge are so nice and referred us to the best restaurants and even called and got us reservations which was very much appreciated as we visited during the busy summer season. The breakfast spread is outstanding and the best we have experienced during our time in Croatia. The bar is amazing and Ivan makes the best Hugos ever! The location of Hotel Belleview is priceless and an easy walk to Old Town. The only thing missing is an infinity edge outside pool but Hotel Belleview has hourly transportation to their sister hotel, with reciprocity to The Palace Hotel that has outdoor pools and access to the beach. We did go to the the Palace Hotel to experience their amenities for the day but could not wait to return to the tranquility of the Belleview 🩵

Bellevue Hotel in Dubrovnik is simply stunning 😍 ||From our arrival we were taken by how elegant and sleek the hotel was! |The atmosphere felt peaceful & quiet, something we both loved! ||Our room was just perfect 👌 Spotlessly clean! Gorgeous bathroom with a great shower! |Our window view looked out onto Bellevue Beach. We loved just listening to the waves lapping onto the beach. The staff checked our room 3 times a day to ensure we had everything we needed including a turndown service & chocolates at night! ||Breakfast selection in the morning was very good 👍 Selections of fruits, cereals, juices, granola, yoghurts & hot cooked choices too, set us up well for the day ahead. ||The staff at the hotel are excellent! Very attentive. Helpful, available, approachable. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced! They clearly have the customer at the heart of everything they do! |Pavo was so friendly & couldn't do enough for us! ||We can't praise Bellevue Hotel enough! Excellent service, they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The views are breathtaking, you can dine outside on the terrace overlooking the Sea & beach. You must try their restaurant Vapor, you won't be disappointed. Wine pairing highly recommended.

During our recent stay at Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik, my wife and I experienced an unexpected medical emergency. While dining at the hotel restaurant, I lost consciousness and had to be taken to the local hospital. What followed was a level of care and kindness from the hotel staff that went far beyond anything we could have imagined. Elvis at the front desk voluntarily accompanied us to the hospital, assisted with check-in and translation, and stayed with us late into the night—all without hesitation or charge. The next day, he located an open pharmacy on a Sunday, ensured my prescriptions were valid, and arranged for a driver who not only transported me but also walked with me through Old Town to help me manage the stairs and locate the pharmacy. The dining room team, the night receptionist who stayed in close contact with my wife, and the wider staff were all gracious, attentive, and deeply compassionate throughout. They turned a very difficult moment into one of heartfelt support and professionalism. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and elegant design—but it’s the people who make it extraordinary. We are deeply grateful and will absolutely return on our next visit to Dubrovnik.
