Mein Mann und ich waren vom 22.06.-28.06.25 im Hotel Aurora. Die negativen Rezessionen kann man getrost zur Kategorie „prinzipiell unzufriedene Gäste“ einsortieren. Nichts an/in diesem Hotel ist veraltet oder zu reklamieren. Es gibt am Buffet auch keine Massenabfertigung. Lediglich diverses Gästeklientel fällt darüber her als wenn es 10 Minuten später nichts mehr gäbe und greifen ab um es dann letztendlich zum Entsorgen zurückzulassen. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Vacanza molto rilassante peccato sia stata così breve. L'hotel è da consigliare sicuramente. Il personale è molto efficiente e cortese, il cibo è abbondante e ottimo, le camere sono pulite e silenziose, la posizione è ottima e ben servita. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

siamo stati una settimana in albergo Aurora, posizione ottima passeggiate bellissime mare spettacolare, abbiamo cambiato più spiagge tutte belle, bellissima gita in barca con ottimo pranzo di pesce o carne. mare spettacolare con tanti pesci. albergo ottime colazioni con tanta varietà e tutti super gentili, ragazzi giovani che preparavano le pietanze calde al momento a desiderio. lo staff della reception tutti gentili e pronti ad aiutare, alla sera al rientro sig, Denis super gentile e sempre con il sorriso. ci torneremo di sicuro.. splendida vacanza.

Morali smo odsjesti u hotelu "Vespera" koji smo odabrali zbog djece no zbog premalog broja gostiju prmješteni smo u "Auroru"... Pogled s balkona ostavlja bez daha...a hotel je na korak od mora...borova šuma je predivna... Unutarnji bazeni imaju morsku vodu...Uglavnom prekrasno mjesto gdje ću se sigurno ponovno vratiti...

The price per night for a hotel like this is outrageous. First of all, we were told that if we didn't arrive for dinner by 9pm, it would be waiting for us in the room when we checked in. Of course, upon arrival at the hotel, the gentleman told us that he couldn't arrange dinner in the room and that he hoped we weren't hungry. Second, the door to the room was torn. Third, two towels in the room had blood stains. Fourth, we booked a room with a park view, and we got a room with a parking lot view as you can see in the picture. Fifth, the noise in the hotel is unbearable, and waking up every morning at 5am because of delivery trucks and other cars in the parking lot is priceless. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the hotel for you. Horrible experience.

Leider eine pure Enttäuschung. Wir haben hier unseren Haupturlaub verbracht - leider. Zimmer dreckig, alt und hellhörig. In der Dusche waren Haare und das Bad benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Wir haben das Zimmer sofort reklamiert, denn um dieses Geld will niemand hier nächtigen. Hier meinte man, das Hotel ist voll sie können uns kein anderes Zimmer geben. Wir mussten eine Nacht hier schlafen. Am nächste Tag hieß es wir müssen uns bis am Nachmittag gedulden, weil das Zimmer noch nicht frei war. Wir sind erst ziemlich spät gegen 21 Uhr wieder zurück ins Hotel und das war dann der Oberhammer. Die Frau an der Rezeption meinte, sie hat uns tausend mal angerufen wir haben nie abgehoben - Mobilbox. Diese Anschuldigung wiesen wir zurück und haben unseren Verlauf hergezeigt. Dann kamen sie mit der anderen Ausrede unser Gepäck war nicht gepackt - wieder falsch. Im Endeffekt haben sie sich ein falsches Zimmer aufgeschrieben. Dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient - leider. Ich würde dieses Hotel keinem empfehlen, wenn man den sonstigen kroatischen Standard gewohnt ist. Frühstück lässt sich zu wünschen übrig. Ständig ging das Rührei (in der Früh?) aus und man musste um die 15 min lang warten. Wir haben uns den Urlaub definitiv anders vorgestellt.

We were three families, in hotel Aurora stayed for 9 days in June 2025. Rooms are old, bathrooms outdated with broken sinks and tiles. AC was not working on 2nd and 3rd floor, in one room balcony doors fell of and almost landed on one of us. Carpets in the corridors are very dirty. During dinner not even tap water is available. Main beach below the hotel is unmaintained. Toilet on the beach is disgusting. There is food and plastic on the beach and in the sea which noone takes care of, although hotel has a concession for that beach. Food is basic and basicaly the same every single day (breakfast and dinner). Outdoor pool is very small. The only plus is the area and the location. Hotel Aurora requires huge renovation and much better service when it comes to the beach area. Even though we had complaints regarding AC and broken balcony doors from day one, there was no understanding or willingness from hotel's side to offer a disscount or any other type of compensation.

Amazing location, very nice staff and range of amenities. Live music twice a week in high season, that can be a little inconvenient if having a baby in a waterfront room. Otherwise a great experience!

Albergo situato in una splendida baia, buoni i servizi, cena e colazione a buffet sempre diversi ed abbondanti, forse sarebbe da mettere a disposizione acqua e vino gratuiti a cena come viene già fatto nell'albergo vicino (stessa catena), spendere 5 euro per una bottiglia di acqua è eccessivo.Buona la pulizia, da consigliare togliere la moquette che non dà idea di pulito. Parcheggio difficile da trovare (e noi abbiamo soggiornato la terza settimana di giugno....).Distante circa 20 minuti a piedi da Lussino piccolo dove si trova anche un supermercato Lidl aperto fino alle 22. Consigliamo giro in barca dal porticciolo di Lussino per vedere altre splendide insenature dell'isola. Consigliamo sicuramente l'albergo, più adatto a coppie e persone non più giovani a differenza dell'albergo vicino che è un family hotel.
