Nein. Am 16.06.2025 wurde die Anlage von einem großaufgebot der Polizei geräumt und die Bewohner mussten packen und sich eine anderen Schlafplatz suchen. Grund laut Polizei, weil alles Illegal war.

Achtung – reine Katastrophe! Unser geplanter Aufenthalt im NOA Island Hotel in Novalia (Kroatien) sollte eigentlich noch zwei volle Tage dauern – doch plötzlich wurde das gesamte Hotel kommentarlos geschlossen! Ohne Vorwarnung, ohne Erklärung. Wir standen buchstäblich vor verschlossenen Türen. Das Schlimmste: Wir wurden unter massivem Zeitdruck gesetzt und regelrecht genötigt, unser Zimmer innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu räumen – nicht eine Minute länger! Absolut respektlos und unmenschlich. Keine Kommunikation, keine Hilfe – einfach raus. Seitdem versucht man vergeblich, jemanden zu erreichen – keiner geht mehr ans Telefon, auf E-Mails kommt keine Antwort, und um uns kümmert sich offensichtlich niemand mehr. Zusätzlich haben wir eine Kaution von 500 Euro hinterlegt, die wir bis heute nicht zurückbekommen haben. Wir mussten zwei Tage früher abreisen, stehen nun ohne Unterkunft da – und unser Geld ist einfach weg. Fazit: Keine Spur von Kundenservice, keine Verantwortung, keine Erreichbarkeit – dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Nie wieder!

TOO expensive for for villas with black mold on the roofs of almost all terraces. It’s dangerous for the health! Broken windows, sofas, dirty floor and furniture. Poor sound insulation.

uno schifo! UNA DELUSIONE! pagato tantissimo servizio orribile coperte sporche e bicchieri rotti, abbiamo fatto una settimana e non lo faremo più, chiedono 200€ di caparra e non ci sono mai stati restituiti dopo che hanno detto che il pagamento è stato effettuato da parte loro al check out ci hanno detto che i soldi ci sarebbero tornati dopo una settimana/due lavorativi mai ricevuti, abbiamo chiamato la banca e il villaggio e hanno detto che loro l’hanno fatto se non l’abbiamo ricevuto non è colpa loro e così abbiamo perso 200€, esperienza orribile
