Vor wenigen Tagen wurde meine schon bezahlte Buchung im Noa Island Retreat seitens der Unterkunft aus unerklärlichen Gründen storniert. Das ist das aller letzte den Gästen 3 Wochen vor dem Sonus Festival die Buchung zu stornieren. Vermutlich können die Gastgeber des Noa Retreat bestimmte Richtlinien nicht einhalten. Der Höhe Punkt ist, das ich bei Abschluss meiner Buchung im Juni sofort bezahlen musste und meine Rückerstattung nun auf sich warten lässt. Bitte sucht euch eine andere Unterkunft. Diese hier ist keineswegs zu empfehlen. Finger weg !

We booked a stay at Noa Glamping Resort from August 17 to 22, 2025 via Booking.com. The reservation was confirmed and fully paid.||However, shortly after booking, the reservation was suddenly cancelled without any explanation, apology, or alternative offered. Attempts to contact the resort directly were ignored or went unanswered.||We chose this resort specifically and booked well in advance. Now, just weeks before our trip, we are left without accommodation, despite having a valid and confirmed contract.||We hope that they will come with a solution to us. We are really shocked and can’t believe that they treat the Customers in this way.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel en Croatie avec des amis pour y passer quelques jours de vacances. Le jour de notre arrivée, nos amis arrivent deux heures avant nous. À leur arrivée, des membres du personnel leur annoncent que nous allons devoir trouver un autre hôtel pour la nuit car l’hôtel est fermé… sans aucune explication. Deux heures plus tard, mon compagnon et moi arrivons à notre tour sur place pour essayer de comprendre. Le monsieur à la réception nous explique alors qu’un événement très très grave s’est produit, et que l’hôtel sera fermé pour tout l’été. Sur place, nous découvrons une scène surréaliste : des bandes de scène de crime accrochées à toutes les portes, tous les clients présents ont été mis dehors, sans solution, sans préavis. Nous nous retrouvons sans hébergement, en pleine saison, dans une ville que nous ne connaissons pas, sans aucun message ni appel en amont. Et là, difficile de ne pas se poser des questions. Excusez-moi, mais au vu de la réputation du pays concernant certains réseaux criminels, notamment liés au trafic d'organes, il est impossible de ne pas ressentir un profond malaise. L'absence totale de communication officielle, la brutalité de la fermeture, les rubans de police... tout cela est profondément dérangeant. Autre fait troublant : la veille, nous étions au Noa Club, la boîte de nuit liée à l’hôtel. À la sortie, un homme au comportement très étrange s’est approché de mes amis. Il n’avait clairement pas l’air d’appartenir au personnel, et son attitude était menaçante. Pire encore, une autre soirée techno avait lieu non loin de là, et nous avons vu des dizaines de jeunes littéralement drogués au point de s’effondrer sur les transats ou à même le sable, comme des déchets humains. Personne ne semblait encadrer la situation. Dans un tel environnement, le risque que des personnes mal intentionnées profitent de la vulnérabilité des gens est énorme. Et le plus ironique dans tout ça, c’est que nous avions choisi cet hôtel justement pour la sécurité qu’il semblait offrir. Le fait de ne pas avoir besoin de prendre de voiture ou de taxi pour rentrer après une soirée était un vrai plus à nos yeux. En tant que jeune femme, j’aurais très bien pu rentrer seule, en toute confiance, sans me douter une seule seconde des dangers réels qui planaient dans cet endroit. Mise à part ça le personnel n'y est pour rien et l'emplacement ainsi que concept est magnifique. Le manque d'informations concernant ce drame est choquant. Je doute que cet avis reste visible bien longtemps, comme cette affaire semble vouloir être étouffée, mais si vous tenez un minimum à votre sécurité, à celle de vos amis, ou de votre famille, fuyez cet endroit. Heureusement, Booking nous a remboursés sous 24h, mais cette expérience restera marquante pour les pires raisons.

W dniu 16 06 2025 hotel został zamknięty i oplombowany przez miejscowy urząd.Po powrocie z wycieczki zastaliśmy oplombowany domek. Okazało się że wszystkie domki są zaplombowane łącznie z recepcją.Żadnej informacji i pomocy ze strony hotelu.W zaplombowanym domku pieniądze,rzeczy osobiste.Policja również umyła ręce to nie ich sprawa Recepcja pobrała kaucję 200 euro i szukaj wiatru w polu.ZAMKNIĘTE.

Please be careful!! Yesterday 16.06.2025 the entire camp was closed by the police authorities and gave us and all the other guests only 10 minutes to take our stuff and leave the place. They said that this hotel/Camp is illegal. The police have put a letter on wall, it says Literally that this decision was taken on 09.06.2025 means one week ago. So the hotel staff are aware of that but they fooled us to not giving us any notice. We paid a deposit of 350 euro also we still have 3 nights remaining in our stay but there was no person in the reception to ask or with whom to clarify this issue. They are not answering any email or msg also not even a word explaining what is happening. We were literately kicked out at 11h in a very hot weather and we needed to search for a new booking in another place that costed us a lot since it is a same date reservation. Which is awful is that it is closed but in the online website they are still getting new booking like nothing happened. Also on instagram they still posting advertisement about next events. Please be careful before you lose your money. I am sure that they were aware of that disaster but they hide it from the guests !! A message to the hotel: you have to answer our emails and calls before you start planning new events !!!

Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Wurden von der Polizei rausgeworfen weil das Ressort keine Lizenz hat. Das komplette Gelände wurde abgeriegelt jeder musste aus den Häusern in 30 min ausziehen.

On June 16, 2025, we, along with other guests, were removed from the Noa Beach Glamping Resort by the police, as the resort was apparently operating without a valid license or illegaly. This accommodation was booked for the period June 14–21, 2025. As a result, the stay could not be continued. Don‘t book!
