Expérience cinq sur cinq nous avons juste attendu au checking car l’appareil à Carte ne fonctionnait pas pour les Chambre. Puis pour le parking soit vous vous débrouillez pour 25 €. Soit vous avez un voiture pour 35 €mais ce n’était pas clair. De toute façon pas d’autres place de parc aux alentours, la chambre, magnifique le lit, tournée face à la mer et les rideaux électriques le matin, un vrai plus. Il y a une piscine intérieure et une grande piscine extérieure. Juste dommage qu’il y ait pas un coin réservé, adult only. Des transats et des serviettes sont à disposition, il y a même une plage où vous pouvez y aller avec votre chien. Le restaurant fruits de mer avait l’air très sympa. Nous avons essayé le gastronomique qui était très bon les prix juste un peu surfait quant aux produits proposés. À notre prochain passage nous essaierons le restaurant, fruits de mer. Juste devant la plage, parlons du spa : La piscine est grande et le coin sauna, hammam, jacuzzi énorme nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. Nous avons été très satisfait de cet hôtel, nous y reviendrons, c’est sûr.

Das Hilton Rijeka ist ein hervorragendes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Indoor- und Outdoorpool, Strand, diverse sehr gute Restaurants und vieles mehr stehen zum Entspannen und Genießen zur Verfügung. Einzig zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: 1. Sicherheit wird zwar mit vielen Kameras groß geschrieben, aber der Zugang zu den meisten Bereichen inkl. Zimmeretagen und Parkhaus ist ohne Zimmerkarte möglich. 2. Trotz sehr vieler WLAN Access Points ist das WLAN nur mittelmäßig.

Unbelievable experience at this hotel. I was told by the manager that they will downgrade me after two days into our family summer holiday to another smaller apartment to make way for another family after double booking the room. Then after 40 crazy long texts from the manager throught a day of my holiday the hotel continually refused to show me the proposed alternative apartment. Never seen anything so unprofessional or crazy. Stayed at many Hiltons but avoid this one

Epic hotel, the nicest Hilton I have ever stayed at. We were in town for a dive meet where the pool was located just down the street and we stayed in one of their villas which you can drive right up to. Amazing views, spectacular spa, great food, and a very new and modern hotel. Highly recommend it as the hotel is well worth the money.

We have been staying at the hotel for several days already, and during this time we have been disappointed by a number of issues.|First of all, I would like to point out that our only request was two clean rooms next to each other.|Instead, we were given two rooms at opposite ends of the floor. In my room, the sink was clogged and there was mold in the shower. The other room also had mold.|After we requested to have the sink unclogged, the maintenance worker came twice — but to the other room, not the one where the problem actually was. The issue in our room was never resolved.||Later that evening, a manager called and offered to move us to the 5th floor to improve our stay. After we packed our things and got ready to move, we were informed that there was a mistake — one of the rooms was unavailable, so the second room would be on the 3rd floor.|Since packing and unpacking after a long journey had already exhausted us, we agreed.|As a result, we have been staying on different floors the entire time.||Instead of the category of rooms we booked, we got two rooms with connecting doors to other rooms where strangers are staying.|Throughout my vacation, I have been forced to listen to people vomiting, screaming, and snoring behind those doors. ||On top of this, in the morning our belongings (including personal stuff) disappeared from the beach while we were swimming and went for the breakfast.|After a long investigation, it turned out that a beach worker had taken them, without even informing us - not what you expect to do during your vacations is look for your stuff. ||What is going on?|Can our vacation finally begin?

Stayed here several times but this stay was the best so far so had to put a review. ||Hotel seems well maintained and what i like there is no staff shortage so you can be served or have a table cleaned very fast for example at breakfast or executive lounge.||Renato from the front desk helped me a lot and it was nice talking to him. Petar is always a delight to talk and we were happy finding out he still work in the hotel.||I will come back again when there is next opportunity for it.

I am in awe about this property. Every single employee was so polite and friendly. The property is spacious, clean, and I honestly am in loss for words. Beyond all my expectations. Shout out to Valentina at the pool that was so attentive to us this whole week. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and be back next year. The best ever!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. This is truly an ideal property for a "stay-cation." We have visited this hotel the past 4 summers as it is a great place to relax and enjoy everything it offers. Everything you could need or want is available on the property, however, if you want something other than what the hotel offers, there is not much in the immediate area outside of the hotel. Getting to Rijeka or Opatija is easy and offers a different pace from the hotel. The clientele can be a bit obnoxious and this is definitely a family friendly hotel. It is not uncommon for kids to be disruptive with no intervention from parents or staff. Unfortunately during the most recent visit at the beginning of July, the hot water in our room stopped working on multiple days. Technicians "fixed" it the first day, however, when it happend again we were told that "it's common at certain times during the day but should be better tomorrow." During this visit I also interacted with more than one staff member that had an unpleasant attitude for no reason. Upon departing after this recent stay, we stopped at the Hilton Curio property in Opatija and plan to stay there in the future. It seems to have a more boutique style and more adult oriented. There are many things just outside of the hotel and a swimming area, although public and not private, less than a 2 minute walk.

Der Urlaub dort war sehr schön und erholsam, jedoch gab es so manche Probleme. Der Conditioner in der Dusch funktionierte nicht und die Dusche selbst war sehr schwach.
