Otkrijte svijet vrhunskih tartufa i gastronomskih delicija iz Istre. Obitelj Karlić, sa sjedištem u Paladini blizu Buzeta, posvećena je tradiciji i kulturi tartufarstva od 1966. godine, kada je sve započeo Ivan Rašpolić. S ponosom nudimo samo najbolje proizvode od tartufa, uključujući bijele i crne tartufe, koji dolaze iz šuma Motovuna, poznatih po svojoj bogatoj tradiciji.
Naša Misija
Cilj nam je očuvati i promovirati prirodno bogatstvo Istre kroz različite gastronomske proizvode. Naš asortiman uključuje istarsku kobasicu s tartufima, tartufatu, a imamo i neodoljive recepte kao što su istarski fuži s tartufima i fritaja s crnim tartufima. Naša posvećenost kvaliteti i tradiciji prepoznata je od strane lokalne zajednice i široj javnosti.
Dresura pasa
Uzgoj i dresura pasa za lov na tartufe je značajan dio naše tradicije. Proces dresure započinje kada je štene staro tri mjeseca, a metoda je postavljena tako da se igra i zabava povezuje sa ozbiljnim zadatkom pronalaženja tartufa. Na taj način stvoriti ćemo idealnog partnera za otkrivanje ovih prirodnih delicija.
Gastronomski Doživljaji
Osim što nudimo proizvode, organiziramo i fantastične ture za ljubitelje tartufa. Naše ture uključuju vođenje kroz šume punih tartufa s educiranim vodičima, omogućavajući posjetiteljima da dožive lov kao pravi tartufar. Ovaj jedinstveni doživljaj postaje nezaboravni trenutak za sve sudionike.

Wybraliśmy Karlić Truffles z polecenia znajomych i absolutnie się nie zawiedliśmy! Całe doświadczenie było wyjątkowe od pierwszej chwili. Na powitanie zostaliśmy poczęstowani przepysznym likierem z dodatkiem trufli, a przy kieliszku poznaliśmy wiele ciekawostek na temat historii trufli w regionie. Sama wyprawa do lasu okazała się znacznie bardziej wciągająca, niż się spodziewaliśmy – było mnóstwo zabawy, opowieści i nutka przygody (w końcu przy truflach liczy się nie tylko doświadczenie, ale też odrobina szczęścia 😉). Dzieci miały ogromną frajdę, mogąc pomagać w wykopywaniu trufli razem z wyszkolonymi psami – to zdecydowanie coś, co zapamiętają na długo! Cała ekipa była niezwykle serdeczna i zaangażowana. Dzięki kameralnym grupom wszystko odbywa się w bardzo swobodnej, rodzinnej atmosferze. Miejsce prowadzi rodzina z ogromną pasją, a wszyscy mówią nienagannym angielskim, co ułatwia komunikację i pozwala jeszcze lepiej wykorzystać ten czas. Po spacerze czekał na nas pyszny posiłek z truflami. Wybraliśmy jajecznicę – i to był absolutny hit! Idealnie kremowa, intensywnie truflowa, po prostu palce lizać! Na zakończenie odwiedziliśmy sklepik z produktami truflowymi – nie dało się wyjść z pustymi rękami 😊 Dostaliśmy też przepis na makaron w sosie truflowym, który mamy nadzieję wkrótce wypróbować w domu. To była fantastyczna przygoda – autentyczna, pełna pasji i smaku. Najlepsze truflowe doświadczenie, jakie można mieć w Istrii. Z całego serca polecamy!

Wow. I had THE BEST time here in July ‘24. I was expecting to carry around a basket while skipping around noisy pigs and hoped to pick up a few mushrooms and then imagined a flimsy table with a few plastic spoons and jars of truffle stuff to sample, pressure to buy stuff and then moving on with my day. And…. I would have been happy with that. The reality was: a friendly greeting, a brief (like 30-second drive) to the truffle orchard, a walk around with some sweet dogs while the local guide shared the history and their experience while suddenly running at high speeds to get a truffle from a dog, walking up a steep hill and then driving back to the main welcome area and entering a previously unnoticed, stunning dinning room where a lovely local woman fed us a charcuterie board with various truffles mixtures and fresh breads, wine, fruit, then an incredible truffle omelet, and then a type of doughnut ball with truffles.the view from the dining area is stunning, the space was so clean and friendly and relaxing. Everything I ate was insanely delicious. I felt like I was a very welcome and loved guest in a locals home. It was an unforgettable experience and I would love to go back someday!! If I’m ever in Croatia again or hear of anyone going, I’ll absolutely and highly recommend everyone visit this place!! I wish I was there RIGHT NOW!!!!

Au milieu de Buzet, le haut lieu de la truffe blanche et noire. Une personne très chaleureuse à l’accueil avec dégustation à la clef . Les prix sont un peu moins chers qu à Pula en plus du cadre qui vaut le détour .

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in einmaliger Lage. Die Trüffelsuche mit Ben und den Hunden war super und das anschließende Essen ein Traum. Wer in der Gegend ist, sollte sich dieses besondere Urlaubserlebnis nicht entgehen lassen. Immer wieder gerne.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful property for the hunt with the dogs. Educational and informative, and great range of products to taste in the meal and afterward in the shop. Only recommendation would be for any dietaries to send a day before reminder to ensure noting of it doesnt get lost in transit. Though if that does happen the staff do a great job at pulling together meals to accomodate!

Without saying, this is hands down one of the best, if not the top 3 travelling experiences I had in the world. I am glad to have the opportunity to undertake this experience and chalk it off my bucket list. I appreciate Ivana for the invitation. I have always been intrigued and excited by the making of local produce and would like to have the opportunity during my travels to learn more and gain insight.

We enjoyed our white truffle hunting and tasting experience in October. Purchased several items we tasted during the meal at the store afterwards.

We went to the 3 hour long truffelhunting experience and had a great time. We found a couple of truffles in the wood and learned a lot about truffles. The hunter was very calm and nice to the dogs. The food afterwards was delicious, and we could hang around whilst it was prepared. The store had a big selection of truffelproducts and more!

What an absolute experience. My ignorance as to the amount of work it takes to farm and ‘hunt’ truffles led me to underestimate this. We spent an hour with a hunter and his dogs hunting for truffles. The staff were so patient and happy to answer any questions we had. After a tricky but successful hunt, we had lunch which is included. Once you enter the restaurant, you can’t be mistaken of what you will be enjoying. First a platter of snacks are served and then they do a mains. The daughter cooks in-front of you and encourages engagement. They were amazing and the story telling was so familiar. They invited both my boys to join them in the prepping and cooking and it was an experience none of us will forget. If you ever consider doing something like this. DO IT! Thank you to the Karlič family for a day to remember.
