Staza odlična ,kartinzi katastrofa ali bas neodrzavani i u raspadnutom stanju,jako neozbiljno,ok shvacam da to mozete podvaliti nekom ko nezna nista ali ako dodemo platimo uslugu koja nije ni malo jeftina, ocekujemo da i za uzvrat dobimo to sto platimo,gume raspadnute,volan na koso stoji,vecina niti gas ne prima kako treba,neki se jedva vuku po stazi,i nisam neki seronja koji trola jer imam preko 200voznji u areni zg ,ili nesto promijenite, pocnite ulagati u odrzavanje ili cete izgubit vecinu musterija.Lp

This track has a great potential, however, the attitude some employees show really seems to prevent this go kart venue from prospering further. I have driven here at least 10 times and I noticed 2 big problems: very poor reliability of go karts offered to the public and an astonishing lack of motivation of the staff to do anything about it. Unfortunately, in most of my sessions the kart I was given showed at least one technical fault, mostly steering related. It’s very likely you will end up getting a go kart which pulls to one side regardless of your steering input. I understand errors can occur, but if the same error is persistent throughout multiple sessions spreading over 2 years period (roughly how long I have been coming to this track) that shows the lack of care and responsibility of the staff. Yesterday I decided to go for a drive as I got some free coupons hoping the said issues won’t affect me, but I was wrong. Before I even had the opportunity to sit in the kart I noticed that the steering wheel wasn’t straight. I flagged this to the track operator, literally showing him that when the steering wheel was straight, the front wheels were pointing to the left. He completely dismissed this although it was evident. Of course, once I actually sat in the kart and started driving, it immediately began pulling to the left so I finished that lap, stopped and approached the same track operator who tried to convince me that there is no problem and that I should hold the steering wheel turned to the side in order to go straight. That was really ridiculous suggestion and definitely helped me make a decision to stop returning to this venue. In the end I lost around 2 minutes out of 12 minutes session while waiting for a new kart to be ready without even receiving an apology. The fact that I was told that there was nothing wrong with the kart can mean 2 things: either track operator has no adequate knowledge to be doing this job or he simply doesn’t care about the user’s experience and deliberately sends out faulty karts. Both of these are concerning. All being said, at the moment I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting this track and would instead recommend going to Karting Arena in Zagreb, regardless of the price and track layout differences.

Bili dva puta po 4 voznje. 3 osobe x 4 voznje x 12 min. Bilo je sve u redu. Dosli cetvrtkom od 17-18. Kasniji termini imali su vecu guzvu. Jednom je bila velika staza, drugi put dvije manje. Sve smo znali jer je na fejsu sve najavljeno unaprijed. Happy hour!!! ;)
