About Camp Veli Jože
Nestled in the westernmost part of the Istrian peninsula, Veli Jože Camp is conveniently located just 10 kilometers from the Croatian-Slovenian border. Encompassing a vast 300,000 square meters of lush grassy areas, the camp is sheltered by an abundance of pine trees, directly adjacent to the stunning coastline and an 1800 m2 private beach.
Accommodation Options
The camp can accommodate up to 3000 guests with various lodging options. Choose from well-equipped camping pitches with water and electricity connections, or opt for cozy wooden bungalows featuring bunk beds and electrical access for enhanced comfort during your stay.

Grosser Campingplatz mit der Möglichkeit frei oder parzelliert zu stehen. Es gibt genügend Plätze mit Schatten. Vorteil: auch ohne Reservierung wird man hier einen Stellplatz bekommen, Strom inklusive, Platz großzügig bemessen. Viele Dauercamper. Nachteil: sanitäre Anlagen nicht immer sauber (liegt aber an den Nutzern & z. T. Jugendcamps), relativ teuer für, das was geboten wird (€ 86,50 pro Nacht für WoMo & 5 Pers.)

Großzügige Plätze, Teilweise mit Wasser und Strom, teilweise eben. Einige sehr ursprünglich mit Kiefernbestand. Die Sanitäter Anlagen sind übel.

Schöner Zeltplatz mit nicht zu dichten abständen. Hat Sonne und Schatten. Wörtlich als auch übertragen. Viele große Bäume. Aber Obacht mit den trockenen Ästen. Bei Wind In der 1. Reihe mit Zelt manchmal schwierig. Sanitäranlagen in die Jahre gekommen. Tüschlösser, Duschköpfe und -Halterungen oft defekt. Wasserdruck gering. Viel liegt aber an den Benutzern. Toiletten werden verdeckt hinterlassen Toilettenpapierrollen nass an die Wand geklatscht, duschköpfe zerstört. Partyvolk kann auch ein Problem sein, Hatten ein Truppe österreichischer Vorrentner um uns herum, die meinten bis 2 singen und quatschen zu dürfen. Da wurde von den Mitarbeitern keine klare Ansage gemach, sondern die Auskunft erteilt: Unterhalten darf man sich. Aber im Zelt mit 5m Abstand ist man bei jede Lacher wach. Das war den Leuten aber nicht zu vermitteln. Bei solchen Problemen Notrufnummer wählen. Die hängt an der Rezeption aus.

Tolle Lage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Aber leider verkommt der Platz von Jahr zu Jahr! Es wird nichts in Pflege und Instandhaltung investiert! ( Waschhaus / Hecken usw.) Wenn die Politik „ nur noch kassieren „ so weiter geht, kann man in ein paar Jahren hier nicht mehr hinfahren! Schade, wir kommen gerne an diesen Ort 😎

Sehr schöner, alter Campingplatz. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zu erwähnen ist der lokale "fliegende" Fischhändler, der jeden Tag frische Fische und Meeresfrüchte verkauft. Wer einfach nur campen will, ist hier richtig! 😍Wer braucht schon goldene Wasserhähne, habt ihr zu Hause ja auch nicht.👍😉
