Schlechteste Airline AirSerbia/BulgariaAir, einfach katastrophal, ich kann es niemanden empfehlen! Zu Spät, alles amateurhaft, wenn ihr wenig zahlen wollt, fliegt mit Air Serbia und macht selbst die Erfahrung, ich fliege 20 mal im Jahr, das ist bis jetzt die schlimmste Airline, Flug verpasst gestern, musste hier übernachten, am nachsehen Tag wieder Flug zu spät, billig

One of the worst airline experiences I’ve ever had. Our flight from Istanbul to Belgrade was announced with a 40-minute delay, but it ended up being 55 minutes. We had a connecting flight to Oslo, which we missed because of this. The crew on the Belgrade-bound flight didn’t make any effort to help passengers with short connections disembark faster. We had to rush through the airport. I had taken the exact same route from Oslo a few days earlier, and the transfer route was much shorter. This time, passengers with connecting flights were forced through a longer path with no explanation. I ran as fast as I could. My knee was in pain, I had shortness of breath, and just 10 meters from the gate, they closed it right in front of us. They could have waited 5–10 minutes—many passengers were left behind. The airport was chaotic, staff were extremely slow, unhelpful, and cold. Eventually, we were offered an overnight stay and rebooked via Frankfurt instead of a direct flight. It took from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. just to get the hotel sorted. No water. No apology. Nothing. Now I’m writing this from the bus to the hotel, at 8:30 p.m., completely exhausted. I sincerely hope tomorrow will be less miserable. This was my first and last time flying with this airline.

The worst airline I have ever flown with. Lost my bag and refused to answer my calls for ONE MONTH. I called multiple times a day and sent emails and received no response. Had to physically go to Serbia myself to go to the airport after waiting for one month. Finally got there and had to argue with staff for over an hour before they finally tried to help me. After finally getting my bag bag I found that my lock has been tampered with and stuff has been stolen out of it. Disgusting airline with the most rude staff I have ever spoken to.

Flying from Belgrade to JFK in New York was great. Flying attendant Ana was so generous, so we were very satisfied with the service. Will be looking to fly with AS again. Highly recommended.

Задержка рейсов ВСЕГДА. Цены на эконом билеты как за бизнес класс, дикий оверпрайс. Салон самолета убитый, на входе отбирают воду и напитки, купленные в duty free. Унижение

Worst Airline in the world. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Everything about these crooks is rotten. Their customer service is especially bad. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FLY ANY OTHER AIRLINE. I haven’t flown once with them where I haven’t had an issue. This is my last time. I will throw a party when these crooks go bankrupt.

Dear Air Serbia, please at least once get us where we payed to go on time! We do not want an approximate arrival time! We do want at least the courtesy to inform us how many minutes/hours the delay would be! And let’s not forget the incredibly rude customer service for not once replying to any of the reviews on your page! Never again!

Im being generous with the one star. Of 6 flights this year so far ALL have been delayed. Now flight from Rome to Belgrade. A 1.5hr long flight is delayed 6HOURS!!!! Ive been calling the call center for about 1hr and 6min now and no one wants to answer the phone. Disorganized, always late and non existent service. Shameful this is the airline representing Serbia.
