Super expérience ! Dès l’arrivée, les deux filles qui nous ont accueillis étaient vraiment adorables et très pro. Pas d’attente à l’aéroport, récupération rapide de la voiture. Absolutely the best customer service. Our flight from Canada was delayed by 3 hours which meant we missed our connection from Zagreb. Emailed them to let them know and they arranged to have our car waiting for us late in the evening. Pick up and drop off was seamless. They have a lot they could teach North America about customer service!

Todi est, selon moi, la meilleure agence de location de voiture ! J’ai loué une Clio diesel pendant 5 jours pour tout mon séjour en Croatie, et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Pourquoi c’est la meilleure ? Des prix très raisonnables, surtout pour un mois de juillet. Franchement, je ne m’attendais pas à des tarifs aussi accessibles en pleine saison. L’assurance tous risques est déjà incluse dans le prix, ce qui évite les mauvaises surprises. En cas d’accident, il suffit simplement d’appeler la police pour établir un constat (je n’ai pas eu d’accident, heureusement). Aucun frais caché, contrairement à d’autres entreprises peu honnêtes. Pas de pression pour souscrire à des assurances supplémentaires, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Restitution simple, il suffit juste de rendre la voiture avec le même niveau de carburant (diesel dans mon cas). Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. En résumé : Si vous atterrissez à l’aéroport de Zadar pour visiter la Croatie, ne perdez pas de temps avec les autres compagnies, foncez chez Todi les yeux fermés ! Je ne dis pas ça pour faire de la pub, mais parce que j’ai réellement été satisfait. Merci à Todi Rent a Car pour votre excellent service. Si je reviens en Croatie, je vous choisirai à nouveau sans hésitation.
