Excelente trato y servicio por parte del personal de Sixt en Liubljana. Nos ofrecieron un coche de gama superior a la solicitada (VW Passat) y no pusieron ninguna pega al disponer de un seguro con otra compañía. Además, nos facilitaron entregar el coche unas horas después de que lo habíamos reservado. Personal amable, educado y muy servicial. Muy recomendable para alquilar coche y disfrutar del país. Por último, es importante que no compréis la vignette porque los coches alquilados en Eslovenia ya la llevan incluida.

Rented a car in Maribor, Slovenia and it is easy to find right next to railroad station. Very efficient transaction, english well spoken and they even upgraded the car.

We rent a couple of fine minivans with Sixt Ljubljana. Beforehand we tried to get the costs very clear, but communication was very minimal. At pickup we were faced with some additional costs, but most troubling were additional fuel costs on return. We were not informed correctly and were charged with hundred of euros of extra fuel costs, while Sixt mentioned we signed for this. We left with the feeling that we've been tricked into paying a very high car rent this way.

Polite but couldn’t help when I had car trouble. Got a great car but a simple tyre puncture has cost me 1 day off my holiday, 7hrs in the middle of nowhere on a highway in Croatia and 400 euros because their departments cannot give me the right option/choices as a customer. Unfortunately your kind sympathy doesn’t afford the cost I am incurring.

The staff were extremely helpful and supportive, the process of picking up and dropping off the car was very easy, this is our first time with sixt but compared to other providers they were better in every area. Sixt is our car rental choice going forward.
