Leider kann ich die positiven Erfahrungen nicht bestätigen. Wir haben zu Beginn der Mietzeit zusammen mit dem Mitarbeiter den Wagen angeschaut und dies auch mit Video dokumentiert. Er hatte ein paar Macken und Kratzer, aber wir haben uns mit der Dokumentation sicher gefühlt. Bei der Rückgabe wollte der Mitarbeiter uns einen Kratzer anlasten und behauptete, dass man wegen der Sonneneinstrahlung auf dem Video nicht erkennen könne, dass es ihn schon vorher gab. 330,- Kaution weg, da wir das Gegenteil nicht beweisen konnten (hatten uns ja aufs Video verlassen). Von uns ganz klar die Empfehlung: Finger weg, Abzocke.

Rented a BMW 2 series cabriolet from them. The experience was very seamless and enjoyable. The car was in great condition and the staff at their office at the airport was very helpful, efficient and courteous. Took me hardly 5 mins from meeting them to me driving off. They even had a complimentary pick up service from my hotel so I could just drive back to my hotel and hand the keys over to the reception. Super easy. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful company with great employees. They have literally saved our vacation, by being able to provide us a last minute rental car with good terms and conditions. The car we got was in great condition and we loved driving it throughout the vacation. Giving back the car was easy and smooth. We would definitely come back again!

All was perfect. Roberto helped and explained everything. Deposit was returned in 4days(not like others companies- after month)No needed to spend lot of time to get and give back the car. Highly recommend. They offer a possibility to drop off the car in city(Dubrovnik) had a office there …you don’t need to bring it back to airport. I dropped it off in airport,because I didn’t expect that coming back from Montenegro I need to stay on border crossing so long!

I had a very good experience renting with M.A.C.K. — the car was in great condition and the cross-border travel authorization worked perfectly for my road trip through the Balkans, including Albania.
