TRY NOT TO RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! As I read the comments below, we had exactly the same problem! We booked a car a month ago. We arrived here and.... surprise! Overbooking and they don't have cars. They sent us to another company without any apologies and compensation. Worst company ever! In every country there is a problem, we will never book with Europcar again.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Do not use them. There are more than 10 car rental companies at dubrovnik airport and this was by far the worst managed and slowest moving. Avoid at all costs. I have no words to describe waiting for 2 hours to pick up a pre booked car

Viel zu wenig Personal für viel zu viele Reservierungen. Wir mussten 2 Stunden beim abholen warten und beim abgegeben hätten wir auch länger warten müssen hätte uns nicht der Herr von der Autovermietung MACK geholfen. Der Service bei MACK ist viel besser.

Für einen Kunden brauchte er eine Stunde, was für ein miserabler Service! Der Typ vom Service konnte nicht einmal richtig lesen, die Warteschlange war bereits 7 Kunden lang und dann bediente er erstaunlich erstmal Kunden die ein Auto zurück geben wollten. Mache nicht den Fehler und buche hier am Flughafen bei Europcar 👹

5 días de alquiler, algo más de 500 kms y todo perfecto. Coche casi nuevo, limpio y sin sorpresas (contratamos el súper cover en la web y solo tuvimos 300€ de depósito). Gracias a Filip y Antonio por la cálida bienvenida y a Karmen en el check out.

Pick up was awful at Dubrovnik airport. There's one small pod just outside the airport with a few spaces outfront. There were 3 groups in front of us when we arrived and it took over an hour to get our car. The staff seemed disorganised. The group in front of us didn't get the car they requested and waited longer than us to get sorted. We booked a VW polo or similar but ended up with a Crossland which is larger. The car had multiple scratches and the front bumper was damaged (not surprising when you see how locals drive round the Balkans!). The parking sensors weren't working properly and the warning light came on twice. The damages were photographed and thankfully we had no charges after dropping the car off. Really wasn't impressed with the company as a whole. Originally wanted to drive to Albania, which the search on the website let me do. It was only when I checked the terms and conditions that I noticed it says travel is not allowed into Albania. This was one of the only companies which allowed travel across borders which is why I booked with them but I wouldn't rush to book with them again if there was an alternative.

Goede service, jammer dat er toch altijd weer extra kosten als verassing zijn, zo wilde wij een aantal keer naar Montenegro omdat dit maar op 15 min rijden was waar we zaten. Dit kon helaas niet voor bijv. 3 keer maar moest voor de hele periode waar dan gelijk 175 euro voor bij komt.

Counter was closed, so we had to wait 30 minutes. All paperwork we did before online we had to do again. So it took again 45 minutes. Our reserved electric vehicle wasn’t available, so we had to take a car we didn’t want. Had to pay more because of it. Terrible experience.

They are unprofessional and cheaters as well. They don't behave well with the customer. They always take advantage of the weak point of the customers rather cooperating them.

Hice una reserva con más de un mes de antelación. El sistema dió el OK y recibí correo de confirmación y otro correo un par de días antes de iniciar el alquiler , recordándome que tenía una reserva y donde se encontraba la oficina. Cual es mi sorpresa que una vez que llego a recoger el vehículo, me indican que NO TIENEN ninguno disponible (INCREÍBLE !!). No obstante, me comentan que la marca que estaba justo al lado, sí que tiene vehículo disoonible. Y allí lo alquilé. Me pareció todo un tanto “oscuro” y de ninguna formalidad.

Had a wonderful experience hiring a car at Europcar Dubrovnik. From the moment my partner and I walked in, Filip gave us the absolute best service. He was very down-to-earth, funny and took all the stress out of the process. The car we got was also great to drive, clean and low on kilometres.

Important to know! Works only for transfers, not city to city travel due to their standard removal of luggage compartment covers. I’d say the service remains quite patchy. We waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up (between 16:00 and 17:00). When presented with the mini SUV (not sedan as booked), we’re told they always remove the luggage compartment covers because they get lost. In response to our challenge that we’d want to leave our travel bags in the boot while visiting sites and worried therefore about break-ins, we just got a brash “You’ll be fine” Result: had to completely change our itinerary and skip places without secure parking 😖

Fast and easy drop-off of our rental car. My wife and I rented cars twice from Europcar for our visit to Slovenia and Croatia, and with both, the service was good and the cars were great. We will definitely use Europcar again for our next car rental needs.

Hola, buenos días Número de reserva: 1186870202 Al ir a recoger el vehículo “me han intentado pasar la tarjeta" hasta tres veces para bloquearme 800€. Han dicho que daba denegada. Me enseñaban unos tickets del datáfono en croata. Todo muy extraño. Dicen que una tarjeta que tengo desde hace años, que tiene un límite de 4000€ y con la que he hecho pagos de 2000€ recientemente daba denegada. Estamos a dia 1 Según ellos el problema se iba a solucionar contratando un seguro ampliado. Todo rarísimo.
