Best car rental service we have ever experienced. They were so lovely and didn’t try to sell you unnecessary insurances like other car rental services often do. The basic insurance they offered was more than enough and helped us get through a flat tire which was fully covered by the insurance. Really appreciated them showing us the basics of the car before we drove away. The whole rental process was really quick and easy, even though we came to rent unannounced. Many thanks!!!

Pick up and drop off was smooth with clear instructions. Car was clean and in excellent condition. Part way through our rental we called and asked if we could extend. We were able to extend our rental with no hassle. Would use the company again.

The best and most hassle free car rental experience I have ever had. The customer service is excellent and the extra premium for full insurance is not expensive for full peace of mind. The kind staff even told me that if I return the car with no fuel they will only charge me the cost to refill at a rate of €1.20 per l which they did and this was a big saving compared to filling up at the gas station. 5 star service, thank you!! :)

We hired a car from this branch, and were quite disappointed with the lack of transparency around booking and payment. You had to have a credit card to book (which we did) but they would only accept a card in the main drivers name, and wouldn’t let us change the main driver to another person. Without a credit card in the main drivers name, you’re forced to take full insurance which is quite expensive. The branch was very busy, we had luckily arrived early so got through fairly quickly. The car itself was fine and we didn’t have issues upon return.

We rented an electric car from this company. From the first moment, they were really kind and informative with all the questions that we had. The car was a Renault Zoe, it was very clean and very new. It was really fun to drive it. Since we didn't speak Slovenian, the staff in the office spoke English, so they helped us with all the doubts about renting a car. If you ever come to Ljubljana and want to rent a car, that's a top place to do it! 🚗
