Scammers as others have said. Trying to claim for pre-existing damage on the car. Whole front wing is marked up on the paper work as damaged when we took the car. Bring it back a 2mm old chip (already rusted) is pointed at as new damage, we said it's clearly old, so they then tried to claim another scuff on same wing was also new. Refused to show the photos they supposedly had from before hire. They were doing exactly the same to the couple before as we pulled in. Ljubljana is a small airport with tight times for gates so you can't argue all day and they're relying on this pressure. Google their name and damage since we should have done multiple news stories over multiple years playing this scam it appears to be normal business for them **To respond to latest replies - your staff refused to show us those photos despite being challenged multiple times. They were clearly on his phone but we weren't allowed to view them - I wonder why that is. This is indeed a separate account than the booking was made with. The fact you can't determine who I am by the description surely highlights you have a lot of these cases

اتمنى الإبتعاد عن هذه الشركة ، محتالين والتأمين جدا مرتفع تقريبا 1200 يورو ، مع اننا دافعين ثمن التأمين الا انهم سرقوا منا أموال إضافية بعد تسليم السيارة وعودتنا إلى بلادنا ، زعموا ان السيارة فيها ضرر واخذ بالبحث بالكشاف، وجد خدش صغير لا يرى بالعين المجردة قد يكون قديم ويحتال به على الزبائن ،، اتمنى عند تأجير سيارة التأجير من الشركات الكبيرة والمعروفة بمصداقيتها والابتعاد عن هؤلاء المحتالبن والنصابين

FUYEZ! Ce sont des vrais escrocs. Arrivée à l’aeroport de Ljubjana, ils m’ont donné une voiture abîmée de partout. Portière arrière enfoncée, rayures, plaque d’immatriculation enfoncée. Ils mettent les photos sur le contrat. Et au final une fois rentrée en France, j’ai reçu une facture de 150 euros pour le miroir du retro qui avait été cassé. Ils sont vicieux et malin car j’ai fait la vidéo de toute la voiture sauf le rétro. Qui aurait pensé qu’ils allaient chercher ce petit miroir qui sert juste à voir la lumière des clignotants à l’extérieur. (Voir photo) Bien sûr , pendant notre voyage nous n’avons rien cassés, Green motion cherche à sous tirer de l’argent aux touristes. A mon retour en France, ils ont débité sur ma carte directement car j’avais fait une pré autorisation en début de voyage pour la caution. Malgré une assurance dommage et accident sans franchise, ils ont réussi quand même à me débiter cet argent. Ce sont les pires escrocs. Ils font honte à ce pays qui est en plus magnifique avec des gens formidables. J’aurai dû louer dans une autre agence. Plus jamais Green motion !

Voiture dans un état déplorable avec des impacts à la pelle impossible à compter et à décrire sur le document de check in. Puis pour le check out, le mec de l'agence nous dit que tout va bien. Parfait ! Sauf que le surlendemain tu reçois une facture de 70€ te disant que tu as dégradé le véhicule à tel endroit. Va prouver avec les 50 impacts au cm2 que ce n'est pas toi. Après avoir bataillé, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Des escrocs tout simplement. Un conseil toujours prendre des photos vous même voire même vidéo de vos véhicules avant et après. Avec ça vous pouvez les menacer d'aller au tribunal à ces voleurs de poules !

Drop off details were non existent and we drove around for ages trying to find office at split airport, only to find out there isn’t an office and keys had to be left with a van !

Great experience using green motion, hired a car for the week at a very good price with full cover. When i arrived i was given an upgraded brand new car to the original that i'd booked which was a bonus. No issues at all when returning the vehicle to the airport.
