Katastrofalna usluga. Pošiljke koje stižu iz Europe dostavlja u stvari Hrvatska pošta koja drži pakete u sabirnom centru danima. Sve reklamacije i pokušaji lociranja paketa idu preko HP korisničke službe koja je skupa (masno naplaćuju čekanje na liniji na kojoj se na kraju nitko ni ne javi) i neuhvatljiva (najbolje ih je probati dobiti preko Facebooka, ništa mi drugo nije uspjelo). Ako ikako možete izbjegavajte dostavu preko DHL-a u velikom luku.

Izbjegavati u širokom luku njihove usluge, dhl pošiljku iz EU prebace hrvatskoj pošti onda ta pošiljka leži preko mjesec dana u sortirnici umjesto da ju isporuče.

I would like to have an option of NO stars to rate the sabotage that DHL Zagreb offers trusting clients.After telephone conversation yesterday at 5pm,l was given the details of the courier and made arrangements for the delivery to the island opposite the town of Sibenik for this morning.Completely useless so,as the packet never arrived as promised.Let alone that l changed my travel tickets,made arrangements with the plumber to accommodate promised delivery.All the DHL Zagreb offered was an apology for their mistake(!!!!!)and no further assistance as to how to rectify it.Please do not use them ever-not only do they charge a premium,but are completely disinterested in the client and frankly simply do not care.Your packet is as good as lost and Croatian postal service would deliver in much more professional manner(used them last year myself).For this amateur level of service provision,this company does not deserve to have any clients.
